The beach, the pool for the kids is perfect and the food too

I liked the kids pool area and zip line. Our room view was nice. Restaurants were ok. I did not like the beach, it was very rocky. Also, I did not like having to walk outside the hotel to the theater for night shows. Side walk was under construction. Check out was crazy. There were like 200 people in the lobby that day. My family and I could walk out. We had to push our way out.

Staff was excellent! from receptionist to entertainment group, they were really great getting the right accommodation for my autistic grand son, they were the best

Enjoyed that it was on a clean beach and had great activities for the kids. Breakfasts were excellent as well. The resort is definitely an older resort it could use some upgrades and a fresh coat of paint in some areas.

We like the pool activity’s. We didn’t like over crowded couldn’t make reservations for restaurants. Only offering a good Tip

Staff is always so helpfull, whether it was answering your questions, or brining you a beverage.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The property is older ans showing signs of wear and tear but everything functioned well

Hotel is close to the beach. Room and bathroom were small. Japanese restaurant inside the resort only served breakfast to the time share members. Lines get long in front of the main restaurant. Too much chlorine in the pools.

Had a wonderful time with the family at this resort. Very friendly staff and good food.

We definitely made a mistake reserving this resort since it is completely focused on the kids, and we are two traveling adults. Orbitz was unable to easily change our reservation to the adult section next door (Crown Paradise Golden), so we went with the Club and hoped for the best. Our room was not adequately cleaned when we moved in - the floor was very dirty and we had to use towels to wipe our feet before getting in bed. There were very small ants all over and a couple of very large cockroaches. The maid fumigated the room the next day and thoroughly cleaned it, which satisfied us for 8 days, at which time the bugs returned. The furniture is very cheap and well worn, in some cases falling apart. There are some decent features to this resort, but too many negatives to make it a good choice for us.

Perhaps it was our fault in the first place to book a hotel that accommodates only to kids. It was soo loud and chaotic. We left after one day because the kids started to feel ill but also it was just not what we expected. The hotel is old and worn out. The pictures do not show it. The slides are pretty old. The hotel room was equivalent to a motel 6 in the USA. There was a muggy smell in the standard double bed rooms and the ac is old and right in your face not above. Worst of all the food was terrible, as in inedible. After having lunch, its when the girls were feeling ill. Being that its so close to the marina the vendors were the worst.

Check-in and check-out procedures were very inefficient, and room keys were unreliable - we frequently had to exchange them for new ones. The biggest disappointment: dining options promised. We were told we could make dinner reservations at 8 AM each day for a variety of restaurants on the premises. However, except for one day, we were told there were no reservations to be had. We dined at the French restaurant and discovered it was nearly empty (perhaps because the air conditioning was non-functioning?), The meal was good, but the service was so slow that two of the younger members of our group had to miss the last courses and go to bed. for all of our other meals; by the end of our stay, we were tired of the lack of variety and quality. That said, the morning omelettes were delicious, as were the fajitas and tacos, coffee and fresh fruit. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained: four pools as well as access to the beach. It felt very safe for our children, ages 9, 14 and 15, to wander the grounds unsupervised. Service was very good, with a polite and accommodating staff. Despite its all-inclusive drink benefit, there was a family-oriented vibe. We were grateful not to have encountered any excess imbibers as we might have experienced elsewhere during spring break. BIG suggestion: Stop the constant music (?) from 8 AM until 9 PM. It would be nice to sit on the balcony overlooking the pool without having to listen to hip-hop or rock blasting from the speakers.

We were first time international travelers as a family of 4. Awesome experience for families of all ages. Kids loved the pools. Poor WiFi service throughout the resort. Only good WiFi connectivity in the lobby. But you’re on vacation, time to disconnect and enjoy family!

The checkin process was great and that's where it ended. The room was provided with wet floors and a broken cabinet and the door looks like it can breakdown easily with chips and dents in the wood. I called the reception on the phone and they were questioning if that room was just cleaned. How am i suppose to know? I asked them once to come up and take a look and they said they would but never happened so i just left it. throughout the whole stay it felt very moist(wet) feeling in the room and sometimes had to keep the patio door open. The other room booked with this reservation was much better then ours. Secondly reservation to restaurants was a pain because they had a small window of opportunity and wouldn't allow to pre book more than 24 hours in advance.

I got ROBBED in my room.. WRNING at your own risk hotel management will not help you

The room was exactly as described online, except for the tiny little ants everywhere. Also, as a result of the air conditioning, the beds and sheets felt clammy all the time. I didn't feel it was clean. They did come and clean it everyday. The kiddie pool area is exactly as described just a bit older. The front reception staff were professional and prompt and Giovanni went out of his way to accommodate our reservation for one of the restaurants. They do upsell you at the Italian restaurant, but go ahead and order the lobster: it's the only good thing on the menu. I gave this a 3 because it was relatively inexpensive through Orbitz, but I will not be visiting this hotel again. Too many drawbacks. Something they should do is allow guests to put in their specialty restaurant reservations before arrival. The way it is set up, you can't get in there except for once or twice for dinner the whole time. And the food in the cafeteria is so bland that it's a huge disappointment. The people are mostly nice and eager to please, but then again, the workers are this way everywhere in P.V.

No good I have to switch room at midnight because A/C was working and then on the second room sink facaut is not working so I don't enjoy vacaciones

There are rocks in the surf which are uncomfortable but just a few feet past them it is smooth and very pleasant. This hotel has a large number of Palapas on the beach providing great shade. The breeze off the ocean feels fantastic here. The rooms are simple but very adequate and well maintained. The staff is wonderful and extremely friendly, they really make you feel catered to here. The nightly shows are actually entertaining and worth the walk across the street to Club Nitro to check them out. For the most part the meals here are what you can expect, maybe a couple of decent things to eat in the main buffet while most things are not so great. The restaurants provide a higher quality of food for dinner and are worth a try.
