Un nuevo condominio de 1 dormitorio de lujo de 1,260 pies cuadrados con hermosa vista al mar ubicado en el complejo vacacional más nuevo y caliente, GRAND VENETIAN que es considerado como una de las mejores propiedades frente a la playa en la zona hotelera de Vallarta. Decorado profesionalmente con muebles y accesorios de alta gama. Gran balcón con impresionantes vistas hacen de esta propiedad una visita obligada.
Los huéspedes tendrán acceso completo al condominio y a las comodidades del edificio, que incluyen piscinas frente al mar, un gimnasio y canchas de tenis. El edificio está cerca del centro y del aeropuerto y es seguro, monitoreado por seguridad las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana.
Este es un nuevo condominio de 1 dormitorio totalmente equipado con hermosas vistas de la Bahía de Banderas. La sala de estar y el dormitorio principal comparten un gran balcón de 25 pies, donde las puertas correderas se abren de par en par y crean una sensación de apertura donde la brisa fluye generosamente. Internet inalámbrico en todo el condominio.

EL DESARROLLO
Esta propiedad de alta gama es privada para propietarios e inquilinos. Las entradas están cerradas y la seguridad está en el lugar 24/7. Hay cuatro piscinas para elegir, incluidas dos piscinas infinitas frente a la playa con exquisitas vistas del centro de Puerto Vallarta, paseos en bote y actividades en la playa. Se incluyen espacios de estacionamiento subterráneo además de un centro de ejercicios, canchas de tenis y sala de juegos para su disfrute.
Vacation Complex está a 10 minutos del aeropuerto en taxi y a 10 minutos en autobús ($ 0. 60 US) al centro.

A lo largo de la playa está a 45 minutos a pie del centro de la ciudad. Vacation Complex es uno de los pocos desarrollos de condominios ubicados dentro de la concurrida y vibrante zona hotelera. Magníficas vistas del océano y una hermosa puesta de sol desde el interior del condominio.

El complejo vacacional está ubicado en la "Zona Hotelera" o "Zona Hotelera" y es el punto central de Puerto Vallarta, entre Marina Vallarta y El Centro (centro). Hay varios restaurantes deliciosos, clubes nocturnos y tiendas de comestibles a poca distancia a pie, y también está a un corto trayecto en autobús o taxi de las bulliciosas calles del centro o de un tranquilo paseo en el puerto deportivo.
Los autobuses paran justo afuera del desarrollo y se pueden pedir taxis desde el lobby para que lo recojan dentro de los terrenos. Recomendaría no alquilar un automóvil y confiar en las opciones de transporte asequibles que están cerca.
La Isla, (a pasos del complejo de vacaciones) El centro comercial más nuevo y lujoso de Vallarta con restaurantes, tiendas de marca y una sala de cine VIP que se inauguró en diciembre de 2016.
Hay algunas obras en construcción y un beach club cerca y aunque a la mayoría de los huéspedes no les molesta el ruido ocasional, debe tenerse en cuenta.

Xmas vacation

Overall, the resort is excellent. The beaches are accessible and clean. The common areas and pools are well service and easy to use. The onsite restaurant provided very good food at very reasonable prices. Exit and entry and all security was well organized.Condo was clean and a good size for two people. It has a large balcony with a great view. Unfortunately, there is a private club opposite the condo that blares loud music from lunchtime to 9 pm and makes sitting out less comfortable.The only areas for improvement in the condo are; the kitchen is not properly equipped - we had to buy additional glassware. All plates are plastic which we were not expecting given the condo online description. The dishwasher leaked foam whenever we used it so we stopped and hand washed items instead. The safe keypad did not work so we had to hide the key. Also, the bedroom storage was lacking due to the owners property being in closets and locked drawers in the bedside tables.Overall, a good experience and a nice vacation.

poor management

Waited almost 3 hours in lobby trying to get code to unlock door. manager would not respond to continuous phone calls/texts. Did not email the code with reservation had no idea that there would not be a key or someone to help us get into room. No amenities at all ...no soap, shampoo etc. I have stayed in VRBOs for years and have always had great experiences. The only way we finally made contact is because our driver sent him messages and phone calls telling him how bad the experience was. Never heard from him afterwards, Kitchen supplies are non existent . Space was good and area good just very disappointing. It wasn't dirty just not as clean as we are used to. Overall very diappointing and I would not recommend anyone staying there. The pictures made it look 2-3 times as large as the space actually was. Bedroom was small as were bathrooms. It said that it slept 4 and there was a fold out bed and that was not accurate. 1 person could sleep on one side of sofa and a child on other side. AC was not working and a small fan in bedroom. no linens for sofa or the missing sleeper sofa.

Great place

There was a little construction going on outside but really not a big deal. The condo itself was really nice and clean. The bed was replaced with one that was pretty hard but other than that it was a great stay.

We had a great stay. The staff was friendly and responsive. We loved the pool area and the restaurant and bar staff. Our room was just as the pictures showed, and we absolutely loved it. We are very happy with our stay and hope to be back.

Scenic Tower Apartment

We enjoyed the scenic tower apt on 6th floor, especially the large comfortable balcony. The only issue with the location was the excessively loud noise during the day and night from both the resort next door (not part of the Royal Venetian) and locals coming down to the park area regularly late at night thru the early morning hours (autos and motorcycles) partying with music blaring.

Lovely Condo

Good location, close to restaurants, groceries, beach walking (big surf) with a few pools to choose from and divine sunsets. We loved the on-site restaurant. The only negative was the beach club across the river whose music plays at very loud levels for 6 hours on three days, Fri-Sat-Sun. If you like percussive music, it will be just fine.

Beautiful condo

Our stay in Grand Venetian in this lovely condo was all one could ask for . It was very clean, well equipped with what one needs , large fridge, gas stove, microwave and dishwasher … two bathrooms and a large bedroom with king bed . Large TV in bedroom and l/r with net flex . View from sliding patio doors off bedroom and l/r was very nice . One sees the ocean and kids pool area from large deck . The condo was very quiet with good security. In one of the reviews it talked about loud noise from nightclub establishment out from condo but we heard no noise( we were there Tues to Fri AM) . We were very pleased with the view and condo. Electrical is monitored but we were well under our allotment. Martha the owner and Sergio the manager were very responsive answering any of our questions . Sergio was there to greet us at the condo upon our arrival. The pools and areas around the complex are beautiful… four pools I believe were nicely heated , restaurant food on property was very good and reasonably priced . As we were there end of Nov the ground floor levels in all the lounge areas were decorated tastefully with Xmas decorations . Beach is right there to walk on. It’s right next to shopping mall and about 4-5 blocks to a big supercentre to pick up any food you would want. The steak restaurant across the street had good food with large portions( our meal fed us two nights as we took home the leftovers) . If we return to PV next yr we would definitely book here again .

Condo Newbies

We stayed in this unit for 10 days in November and this was our first condo experience. Jose (owner) was great and very responsive to any questions we had prior to, and during our stay. The owners even went out of their way to go out and purchase an Air fryer for us to use as we use one most of the time back home and sure made meal prep easy. Sergio (property manager) was also wonderful to deal with always available to answer any questions or concerns. The Grand Venetian is in a perfect location and easy walking distance to Costco, Wal-Mart, Chedraui and Sorianas for groceries and incidentals. The food park across the street was a great option along with several good restaurants nearby (our favourite was the Italian one called Abbraccio Cucina Italiana near the Outback). There are 5 pools on the property but during our stay one (the heated one) was under repair, still lots of room around the pools as it was not quite high season. Although there are people who put towels on chairs to save them, we generally never had a problem getting chairs where we wanted. The condo itself was the perfect size for us. The balcony gave us a great view of the sunsets every night and there was plenty of furniture on the balcony. The only thing to be aware of, is the music from the club across the river but it shut down at 9PM and saved us from playing music as we sat enjoying the view. This is no fault of the owners in the building. Our stay in this condo was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Perfect location!!!

The complex has 3 towers and is right on a beautiful beach. There are multiple salt water pools overlooking the ocean. There is also a restaurant in one of the towers that serves beautiful mexican food. It is very safe and located across the street from several awesome restaurants as well as several other restaurants in walking distance. From here you are 10-15 minute ride to romantic zone or the airport. I highly recommend this unit- you will love it!

Another Great Stay at Grand Venetian

We spent a 8 nights at the condo and had a great experience. The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was easy and the property manager (Sergio) was very responsive. The Grand Venetian is an amazing property and we love the pool area and staff. The food in the restaurant is great and very convenient for meals and snacks. We can’t wait to go back!!

We love PV!

We had a great stay although we had to cut it a little short due to medical reasons. I don’t know which is our favorite, the view or the pool. Both are awesome! The pool service was great, the staff and Moi in particular treated us like family. Can’t wait for our return!

Colorful and Bright!

This property was beautiful inside with all the amenities needed and easy walking to the grocery store or the mall. There are many options for great food nearby as well. The condo complex was secure and the pools (so many pools!) were fun to explore. There are poolside snacks and meals to order as well, which we fully took advantage of! The only downside of the view was that there were homeless camps as part of our view and noisy garbage trucks every morning at 7 am. It didn't take away from the beautiful condo, and the thoughtful owners though!

Ocean view, easy access to amenities

Both the owner and manager of the property were accessible and easy to communicate with. The location was close to the beach and the pool. It was wonderful to have great help with getting the things we needed for our stay and so easy. There were minor issues like, cleanliness of certain areas. The master bath shower head had a bad seal and sprayed water all around, the drain was slow or clogged so we stood in water. The bed was not comfortble at all. The big unfortunate issue was the AC. The condenser unit was freezing up and leaking big puddles on the kitchen floor. This caused great comfort issues with the heat and lack of airflow due to the location of the condo in the building. We and great communication at first with the owner and manager. The last day there was essentially zero communication in regards to the inconvenience. I'm saddened to write this review. I typically do not make issues of the small things but since a booking for another guest was made without addressing the issue with the AC, I felt obligated to share. We will continue to use VRBO, but not this location in the future.

Perfect Condo/Location

The condo is exactly as it is pictured and very spacious. We loved the balcony - the views of the sunset and sunrise are amazing! Pools on the property are plenty - we could always find chairs and even enjoyed the onsite restaurant. The property felt safe and secure and well located with an easy cab ride into the Marina and downtown. Easy access to walk on the beach or swim in the ocean. Check-in and out were super easy and convenient and we had no complaints! Loved our stay!
