AMAZING STAY! Room was beautiful and most importantly clean! Views are amazing. Pools are well maintained. No construction noise for us however it will be coming as they are building two more buildings soon. No bar service at the pool which is expected seeing as it is a condo. Would definitely come again!

Bad location

Everything was as described EXCEPT the location is terrible. The road to the condo is a construction zone. Rugged dirt and lined with construction workers who are camped there. There are no lights along the road. It is not nice to walk anywhere and there are hardly any restaurants and zero shops nearby. The beach and pools are beautiful! The new building on the property impacts the view

Casa Soleada exceeded expectations!

Pictures do not do justice to this pristine condo. Our family of three had plenty of room to relax and felt right at home. The two bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, each with its own TV (and the beds were sooo comfortable). We enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with dish and flatware for eight. When we weren’t laying by the pool, taking in the gorgeous sunsets on the beach, or walking El Malecon, the ample living room was the perfect space for kicking up our feet and enjoying a family movie with freshly popped popcorn. Although we brought our own toiletries, the bathrooms were stocked with enough shampoo and soaps for a few days, as well as plenty of towels. One downfall is the construction happening at the front of the property, which is a little inconvenient to drive through, but did not affect the quality of our stay. This is a beautiful property, located close to Centro (Malecon) and Zona Romántica. We will absolutely stay here again!

Intermittent Construction Noise - Wonderful Ocean View

When we booked, we were assured construction on the new tower would be completed and our stay wouldn’t be interrupted by noise. Before our arrival, we were again told the noise on the now unfinished tower would be minimal. Not actually so. There was frequent loud hammer drilling on the tower’s balconies. On our final Saturday morning, it started at 7:38 am. Other than the noise, the property was pleasant and well maintained. Things will improve, no doubt, when the tower is completed and the extremely potted road to the property is filled and repaired following completion of construction.

Best view but very loud w the construction next door

Beautiful location, view and gorgeous property. It will be much better when the second tower is completed as the noise is from 7 am to 7pm 6 days a week currently. It is not the most kid friendly pool area, we added our 5 yr old grandson last minute to our booking. But it is beautiful area for adults.

Beautiful Views

Property and pools were very nice and clean. Ocean front was wonderful. There was A LOT of construction noise from next door. When we got to the property there was no one there to greet us. We had no idea how to get to our condo. We followed the instructions to let them know we had arrived. We sat with our luggage in the parking garage until someone arrived. It was rather unpleasant after stressful travel all day. Also, it would have been nice if there were instructions or maps for some of the places nearby. Especially the grocery store that was just around the corner but was in building that didn't look at all like a grocery store so we went to one much farther away. It didn't seem like Google maps was working very well so we couldn't rely on it. The water in the guest bath shower was not consistently hot. They did adjust the water heater but it did not help much. It was a beautiful place but had a few hiccups.
