This penthouse is amazing! It's as nice as the pictures show, and the key thing is wonderful location. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, beach.... Michel was an excellent host.

Fantastic Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable! The location is perfect right on the Malecon but also very quiet and peaceful.

Great location and views

Prefect location in the middle of everything with one of the best (180deg) views of the bay you can get in Vallarta. Spacious penthouse, great for two couples or a family (we were 4 adults and a kid). All necessary amenities, nice layout of the condo with two private suites and the gorgeous wraparound roof terrace.

A perfect place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. So comfortable and the best view in town. Every night we were dazzled by watching the sun set from the balcony. The apartment is well-appointed and the host was very friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

Best Location in Puerto Vallarta RIGHT on the Malecon and Beach

The pictures on this listing look MUCH better in person! We loved staying here for a week in April 2025. Whether you relax on the wrap around deck, lounge pool side at the roof top pool, once you step outside you are in the CENTER of everything PV has to offer. We had a fantastic vacation here ! I highly recommend for an authentic, comfortable, well decorated, and gorgeous condo.

Very nice unit in a great location. With doors closed, no noise from malecon, just the waves hitting the shore. Could see whales in the morning from the balcony

Loved this place

We had an amazing time at your house and will be renting it again. We met some really great people while we were there and look forward to returning. It was nice to be downtown and in a walkable area. As we were 2 women traveling we felt so safe with the security 24/7.

Spacious with great views

Lovely place with a HUGE veranda. Clean quiet pool. Guards and neighbors were extremely friendly. A little loud but would stay again. Very convenient location

Wonderful hosts and great location

My daughter and I picked this place to celebrate her birthday. The condo is exactly as it shows in the pics and the location is great with absolutely breathtaking views. You're only a short walk from restaurants, bars, and shopping.The rooftop pool was only steps away from the penthouse we enjoyed every afternoon. We would definitely want to come again!

We didn't even want to leave because it was so cozy and pleasant. And there are many little areas to read or nap or just watch the waves. It was surprisingly quiet considering how central it is. We would definitely return.

Great views!

This property was awesome. Beautiful sunsets every night. The lay out felt like 2 masters as both bedrooms had a king. It was clean and well stocked with anything you would need. The property manager was very welcoming as well.

Centrally located, so many great places to walk to, LOTS of whale and dolphin activity, cruise ships arriving and departing, great people-watching on the Malecon, terrific restaurant in the building, minutes from Zona Romantica. There's a reason we keep coming back.

We highly recommend this condo!

Thank you Michel! We have loved our stay at your condo, we're sad to have to leave already. Your place is in a perfect spot and is such a beautiful home and stocked with everything we need. And the security and staff are all so friendly. We people watched, went boating, went fishing, had beach days, had pool days, rode razors in the jungle, got massages, we shopped, we ate amazing food, and we drank! You can do it all from this location. We would love to come back in the future.

great location, comfortable place!

The amazing view from the patio and excellent location was a pleasant surprise. You can spend hours watching the waves and people on the malecon. We walked to tons of restaurants and sights and it's easy to catch a quick uber to the marina vallarta area to catch boat tours. We had two kids with us and the place was very secure and plenty large and comfortable. Highly recommended if you want to experience the city of PV!

Absolutely Amazing

We absolutely loved it! It was the perfect VRBO for us! We anticipate staying there for many years to come. This wonderful home is in the heart of the vibrant Puerto Vallarta scene. Ocean swimming is just a quick walk away and the roof top pool is the perfect temperature and very relaxing. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us.
