Breezy with nice flow through breezes from the south and the north, the space features a large patio wall of windows to the south and the north end has large windows over the queen bed. Brand New AC will keep you cool during your stay. A comfortable new queen bed will grant a great nights sleep after your days in the sun, and high speed wifi will keep you well connected during your stay. A 55" Flatscreen Smart TV with apps like Netflix and Prime will allow for movie nights in.

Other things to Note:
** The pinpoint address location can be difficult to find on maps. When telling your Taxi or Uber your destination please tell them the name of the property 'Selva Romantica'. They will then know where to go.

**Smoking Prohibited*** Please note that The State of Jalisco now has a law against smoking in close proximity to others, this also applies for vaping and electronic cigarettes. This home including all parts of the building, terraces and balconies are none smoking. The state and HOA will impose fines for any violations. Thanks for your understanding.
**Check-in starts at 3:00 p.m., and ends at 9 pm. If guests arrive after 9 p.m there is a Late Check In fee of 35 USD Dollars to cover for the additional time of the concierge meeting for the check in. Self Check in is not possible in this property.
