We stayed for 5 days, and it was awesome. We are already planning to go back next year. The staff was incredible and always helpful. There was construction going on, but you don't really notice it since you'll either be on the beach or exploring PR. And umbrellas and lounge chairs are included. We weren't "nickeled and dimed" like our hotel in the Bahamas.

There is a bit of a musty smell on some of the floors (noticed on floor 2& 3), lobby was beautiful, bathrooms nicely updated. Resort fees should be included up front in cost of room- were extra $45 USD/day. Hotel is directly across the street from airport runway, planes were quite loud when at pool. In rooms, much less plane noise (as double patio doors) but good idea to bring ear plugs. Beach was beautiful, pool nice and warm.

The view is amazing and listening to the ocean was even better! This was my second time staying in this hotel but I'm a creature of habit. Besides that in my search, it drew me back to this hotel so no complaints here. My only complaint is how long orders took at times and once the waitress forgot we even ordered. I definitely understand when their are huge parties to tend to but at times it seemed like everyone was just taking their time. Guess we were all enjoying the view so can't blame them :)

The direct beach access is the silver lining. The staff in the restaurant weren’t very attentive on most days with the exception of the inside bar, the bartenders were excellent! The room needed some attention, the fixtures in the shower were falling off, the balcony doors didn’t close all the way and the rooms ac unit was loud and rattling. The pool was absolutely filthy, it had a film of floating debris on it. The beach was great with easy access and great ocean views.

Pretty location, great beach view. Building next door not so pleasant. Not Marriot's fault. Indoor bar staff great, very friendly. (Adrienne) Outdoor bar, understaffed, took us telling the waitress we were there to start an order. After several minutes. She was by herself. Room was nice, some small areas could look better maintained with small improvements. Cleaning staff did a great job, very friendly and helpful. Valet and front desk very friendly and helpful.

I liked the security. Our room smelled moldy, the rug in the room was moist and dirty. The bathroom didn’t have an electrical outlet by the sink, it was on the other side of the bathroom by the door, my blower cord did not reach. I had to blow my hair on the bed. The sink was very small with no counter space to put our products. Only one small thin shelf between the mirror and small sink, and there was no hook in the bathroom to hang your bath robe This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel, but the first time after the renovation; however I will not stay again. Oh they charged us an extra $45 dollars a day for fees and we had to pay for self parking; however those who do not stay at the hotel but come to use the casino are able to get their parking tickets validated and don’t pay for parking. That’s not fair, weI played in the casino every night and had to pay for hotel parking. Also the swimming pool was dirty. We were very disappointed.

Hotel is ok.. it’s more like a red roof in.. hotel doesn’t offer much anytime you had a simple question to the staff like where can i find Bobby pins at they knew nothing. Food was ok. The swimming pool was always full since it was extremely small. Would i stay here again never.

The hotel was noisy. We were 3 stories up looking down on a roof and a wedding venue. Every night there was a wedding and hours of disco music loud loud Couldn’t sit on the balcony. Had to request to get our room cleaned. The bar pool was loud and out of control. Giant jets flew over so low and loud
