They said the lobby was under construction but would not affect the rest of the hotel common area or rooms. During the last two days of our 5 day stay , the power was turned off for what they said would be from 1 to 2 pm. It’s was off till 6 pm leaving us in the dark to prepare for a 6 :15 dinner at another hotel. Sometimes less expensive doesn’t pay.

We like the courtesy that is extended by the staff ,super friendly,very helpfull and very proffesional. we love the location right on the beach perfect.The rooms were very clean eventhough they are going through some remodeling. overall execellent . We made the decision to stay at that specific hotel when ever we travel to Puerto Rico.

Hotel was very nice and overall was in a good location being relatively close to a lot of restaurants and the mall. The property was under construction but it didn’t really cause any disturbance. The staff were kind, attentive, and helpful. The food at the hotel was good.

They are doing construction but not really noticable. I do have to say the smell once you get off the elevators in each floor is very bad. The smell does not reach into the room but it is awful as you walk to the room. The room is okay. The set up for the AC is very bad. The AC is located under coffee and fridge unit. So the air gets trapped. When I looked under to lower the AC temp it was very very dusty and a bit moldy (its really a poor design). Some of the furniture had a bit of wear and tear. The bathroom was a good size again a bit dated. The pool and beach area is nice and quiet. However to get service you have to scan a QR code. I miss and prefer the days of staff walking around to take orders. It seems this QR code misses the mark for service. Would like to a moment to mention three staff members that were very helpful: Ana, Gustavo and Jose. The food was good, the lobby space despite renovations was nice.
