This incredible slice of paradise was the perfect home away from home during our stay in the beautiful island of PR You have to see and experience it in person to see how magnificent it is Our amazing hosts were very responsive in giving solid recommendations and in communication throughout our trip in case we needed anything. The house has *literally* everything you need in case you forgot to pack anything, all amenities and the overall experience as a whole completely exceeded our expectations. The pool was a personal favorite for our 8 year old daughter. The peaceful serenity of the porch area at night time gazing up at the stars was truly magical. From the endless games, music surround sound, pool fully loaded with toys & games, beach chairs and cooler to use for beach days, kitchen stocked with everything needed for cooking, the host hospitality is top tier and superb. 10/10, would absolutely book again. Thank you Viv & Chris for everything, you are the BEST!
Be sure to catch a sunset or sunrise on your trip, it's breathtaking 🌅
Manati Horseback Riding was the cherry on top of our trip, if you're thinking about booking it DO IT! One of the most special experiences for our family ❤️

Sunny Villa was wonderful! The hosts were so gracious and accommodating. The house and pool were clean and had everything you could possibly need, with so many fun things to do. Chris and Viv even supplied stuff for the kids, making the whole trip more enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hosts went above and beyond to welcome us and anticipate every possible need and comfort for our short vacation. They even stocked the cupboard and fridge with snacks, had a fully stocked coffee and tea bar, and added thoughtful touches throughout the house that we kept discovering over the course of our stay, (like valentine's day treats for the kids). We had a late flight in and they stayed in contact to make sure that we found the property and showed us all of the amenities. They were friendly and helpful and just lovely humans with a lovely rental. We can't wait to be come back!

We had such a wonderful stay at this property! The hosts were incredibly gracious and welcoming, and they truly thought of every detail to make our trip relaxing and stress-free. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and well equipped for family fun. From the thoughtful accommodations to the warm hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations.They also gave us fantastic recommendations for things to do and places to eat, which made exploring Puerto Rico even more special. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

It’s all it says and more! Vivian and Chris are great hosts and go out of their way to make sure everyone is comfortable! Lots to do at the house ( games galore ,pinpong and foosball)and the pool is definitely a plus!So enjoyable!

Breathtaking views

Easy communication w/host. Near main roadways and supermarket & bakery down the hill & across the street. Beautiful beaches within 5 to 16 minutes away. Our girls trip so much fun, we’ll definitely book again & telling all our friends & family about this location!!!

Great stay at Mar Chiquita

We had a great time staying at the Sunny Villa - everything was clean and the hosts provided a lot of suggestions for places to see nearby. There were games at the property, a surround sound outdoor speaker system, and the pool was well kept. Would recommend / stay again

Perfection in a mansion

First time in Puerto Rico for our family of four and two of our friends! Chris and Viv were lovely hosts and we settled in and needed nothing all week! We felt like it was our home and were so comfortable that sometimes we felt guilty for not leaving to venture out! Even though the beach was so close and amazing! Pool was a hit! Sooo many games!! We walked down the block to the grocery store and amazing cafe every day! The coffee and pastries were to die for! This house is enormous! With all of the precious details all around you definitely feel the love they have for their home and want to make sure you have a memorable trip! Seriously one of our best trips ever!! Can’t wait to come back!

Spectacular stay

The Villa is well appointed with an overall vibrant vibe. The whole family enjoyed every aspect. The location both on the island and within the town of Manatí is central to activities, touring, and beach hopping. Chris and Viv are excellent and attentive hosts.
