This place was so bad... rooms smelled... the customer service was very bed... they stole money from my guest and try to blame me... it’s was very bad and I’ll will never stay there again

The WiFi is almost nonexistent. The (bed )matresses need to be replaced for they are too old and hard. The food in the hotel reataurant is no good. Nothing has changed with this hotel since I stayed there last August/2018. The only thing good about this hotel is that it has 24-hr security.
No hot water, never came to change the sheets, one restaurant
For a single guy or a couple it will be good. Not sure why you would bring a girl with you knowing what Sosua is all about. Single guys it is perfect! Not really for families
