It was very nice steady at the hotel, stuff is very friendly , good food. Lot of fun etc.

great location, room are clean, no good wifi they need to work on it. good amenities and staff

yold it was all inclusive.......IT WAS NOT.......... old there where 2 beds..............I WAS NOT.............told that there was turn down service ......THERE WAS NOT........ they wanted to charge me an extra $120 per person to be able to use the all inclusive feature once we arrive....... decided not to and just purchase food outside made more sense as a dinner for 4 was the converted amount of $20 they did not seem t care tat we sowed them proof we had payed for all inclusive where more on the route of OH WELL FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU WANT TO DO YOUR ARE IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY..... THE LIGHTS FAN AND IRON WHERE NOT WORKING THE 5 DAYS WE WHERE THERE yes fan they did not have a ac working either say ANYWHERE except here

When we got to the hotel they said we had to pay 40 dollars per person because the meals were not included in the price. I will not be staying here ever again. We stayed two nights.

Internet is not included as it states upon booking. It is horrible internet anyways. Staff are unprofessional at front desk they do not know anything about customer care and are surely not very polite as they had raised their voice a few times. MANY BETTER HOTELS in Playa Dorada area. Price is low only decent aspect of the hotel.

I was looking for a hotel to in-expensive all-inclusive DR hotel and this fit the bill. The beach was great and the good above average. BUT being a single guy, the place was geared more to kids and family. But overall, a great value. If you looking for a place with no-frills and great beach location, to relax and save some money I'd recomment it. Plus the staff was very friendly....but not sure if that was just the typical Dominican charm.

I made my reservation for my family here for what should of been an all Inclusive vacation for us, however upon arrival we were told we only had rooms and nothing else. Then we were told it would cost more than the original price to get the all Inclusive part that we thought we had to begin with. I paid, no problem right, wrong. check in is at three, our first room was available around 4:30 and the others around 6. We were told our rooms needed to be cleaned, seems to be a problem with schedule. Nothing close to one another, however we were at least in the same building. Now for the rooms. The tv's didn't work in any of the rooms, nor did they have remotes. We did not have hot water in any of the rooms, nor did we have sufficient towels for everyone to bathe, we had to use pool towels to dry off with. The room we had that had a phone and refrigerator didn't work. Now past that, the beach was good, and the pool was refreshing. The buffet offered a nice variety of food, also the snack bar on beach offers a decent selection. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of games for both the adults and children. The shows we saw at night were good. The two bars offered good service, however the drinks have cheap liquor. The dance hall was accommodating however it closes at1, which was a little early. In conclusion, I have been in better and worse places, it was not up to par for me personally, however everyone who was with me had a great time after the first day was done.

The staff here are great and trying to do their best but it appears they don't have the support or resources that the management should be providing. The food was not that good and even the drinks were mediocre. The beach was magnificent. My advice is pay a little extra and stay somewhere else. But if it's all you can afford you can make the best of it.

The money was too high for all inclusive for this hotel. The rooms need to be updated and the bars around the pool and beach area close way too early.

Upon arriving I was informed my stay would not be all inclusive. I explained I had paid for an all inclusive stay. They told me that the travel agency charged me for an all inclusive stay and reserved just the hotel and pocketed the difference. If I wanted the all inclusive I would be charged an additional fee. Determined not to give them any more money I settled for just the room. While checking into the room there was a terrible odor. I mentioned the odor to the bellman and his answer was to open the door. After the bellman left I began unpacking. There were no wash clothes, shampoo or lotion, just bar soap. I turned the small TV on and it did not work. After a long trip I decided to shower and freshen up. I got into the shower and the faucet handle came off in my hand. I pushed the handle on the stem and turned on the shower. No hot water. Shaking from the ice cold shower I then noticed there was no soap tray or shelf in the shower. I moved the toilet paper from the toilet tank for the soap. Walking barefoot from the shower to the bed to dress the floor was filthy. My feet had sand and dirt on them. I made a list of the problems and headed down to the front desk. Their answer was the room didn't come with shampoo, lotions, wash clothes, hand towels. They would put the faucet and TV on their list for repairs. They did fix the TV however, the next day it was out again. That evening I decided to go into town for dinner since my all inclusive stay was not all inclusive. I asked the bellman to order a taxi since the hotel is located out of town. When the taxi arrived I asked how much for the short drive to town. He and the bellman spoke and then said $1500 pesos or $35. I told them no and went back to my room and called my own taxi and paid $300 pesos or about $7.00 My whole stay at this hotel was a total nightmare. I would not spend another night there or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Comida fatal ningún restaurante funcionando sólo el bufet abierto, la comida malísima

Price is to good to be true for a reason. This is at best a 1 star hotel. Do not believe the ratings that the food is good or the rooms are clean. This is an old hotel with terrible rooms that have no water to shower or use the toilets etc. most of the time. The rooms are filthy, old, moldy and the a/c doesn't work. The a/c started to leak a stream of water in our room right through an ceiling light. We were very scared of getting electrocuted. They had to change us 3 times until they found a better room meanwhile they would keep putting others into the rooms we changed from. Worst stay ever, had to leave after 3 days and stay at another resort even though I had paid for 8 nights. Restaurants listed are always closed and buffet is terrible. Hotel gets filled with locals on the weekend and its a nightmare. Most have no manners and will cut in front of you at the buffet and bar. Liquor is extremely watered down. The only good thing I could say is the staff is awesome and try very hard to make you feel comfortable in this terrible hotel.

first of all I have to give the staff an A for the effort ,they were totally attentive and kind and helpful any way they could from checkin to to grounds keeper. the staff was not like other hotels where you have to go in pocket to get things done. grounds were clean and pool was nice also beach was nice to.. really the only thing they have to work on is food and drink if you are an eater its not for you . food was bland and nasty looking . also the drink were super water down i ask for rum coke was like just coke then i watched bartender prepare me another and was the same .i told him fill cup almost full with rum and nothing and i never notice the bartender open a sealed bottle of anything so if you a drinker or eater not a place but to relax its very good

i had a gret experince the staff was helpfull need more towels in room

Beach was wonderful but that's about it, food was HORRIBLE unless u enjoy rice and corn cake every day staff was friendly and very slow, the entertainment was absolutely scary, just a whole bunch of screaming and musical chairs, no amenities and over priced for what u got. Don't pay the money for this place it's a BIG disappointment

First they didn't find my reservation 8:40 at night, then NeXT day by 3:30 The food from The snack wad finish nothing More to eat, they say that because of change of The accauntant they were short of food, but that wasn't enougth, when we got to dinner at 8:50 pm The food was allredy finish notng to eat again we had to get out of The complex to find a place to eat, Next day at 8:20 the breksfast was empty we were able to eat a omelett with nothing else, no soda no juice,no wine, also saturday night The bar was supossed to close at 1:00 am and they had to cosed at 9:15 because The alcohol was finish imagine More than 700 hundred people there this was my worst nightmare, and I want my money back.

very good for the price, I would recommended. I like the staff.

To give a "Not Good rating" to this place is being considerable. Honestly, this place is in the bottom of the worst. First night there we have to change room 3 times, the bed, room and facility was the worst I had ever seem, bed was dirty, blanket with red stain # lipstick or menstrual period it doesn't make a different because everything was so dirty, worn-out and old#, there was not toilet paper, and not bottle of water, they give you the first bottle of water and then you have to refill from a big bottle from the hallway that most of the time was empty, there was not blower dryer in the first 2 rooms we changed to, no toiletry items. But this is the less that I can say. I was so descusting with the bed that I was willing to sleep sitting down on a wooded chair. Everything was old, broken down and dirty; the food was poor and everything meassured, sometimes a food will finished and people have to wait for them to get more from the reserved restaurant for people with vacational club membership. At night it was pitch black outside, every walk-way was dark, onwer being cheap to save money in energy. This place should be boarded-up and closed down. I am a native Dominican living in NY and I was embarrased to invite my niece over to this place to expend a few days with us #myself, husband and daughter#. We take vacation once or twice a year, so we know the difference between a decent place and dump place. We didn't let the experience at this place to ruin our vacation, so we decided to leave and expend 3 nights in another place. Not Sorry, NOt Excuses from them and our money wasted and lost at this place. Or on top of all these they charged the price of a 4 start resort, $ 145.00 dollars P/person for each night. Please read my review and choose smart when it comes to this hotel.

you get what you pay for, the hotel is great !! beach is the best, alcohol and buffet is horrible, make reservation, a la carte restaurant are very good! staff are friendly, A/C exellent, room exellent, if you just want to relax a few days and you are not a food fan person you can go there. snack beach bar is amazing, unlimited snacks, pizza, burgers, great! I am definetly coming back!! great place to relax!
