Bad customer service

First day: no power no water in the middle of the night, the emergency number only allowed you to leave messages. Not able to use appliances. Because of that, the water pump have too much pressure so the toilets floated, maintenance come the next day, fix the toilets and left the mess for us to clean it. Second day: pump run out of water. Not able to shower, cook or anything. We have 4 kids, it was awful. The rental office did not make a big deal out of it.
