Horrible breakfast Sheets didn’t fit bed Placed in handicapped room no hairdryer

The hotel was fully booked, which made me a little nervous about how clean things were. Visually, the room looked okay, however I did sanitize all things myself and we were cautious outside the room. We had had a long drive to Pueblo and another long drive the following day, so wanted a good night sleep. The bed was pretty comfortable and we brought our own pillows. However, the noise in the hallway with kids running and pounding on doors and doors slamming made it impossible to sleep. Guess thats what happens when the hotel is full. Overall, the hotel was okay. Brown bag breakfast to go with coffee in the reception.

Everything was very nice except some people hanging around outside smoking and drinking at all the entrances.

Very nice. Suites are well equipped . Good fo extended stay

First we did not get the room we booked over the phone, room was dirty, toothpaste all over the bathroom door closethad never been swept, view was of the roof peak we asked about a different room, and were told none was available, while we were standing there they gave the room we asked for to two people with no reservation. The clerk was very indifferent. I will not stay there again and I would not recommend it to a friend.

The friendly staff invited us to leave our bikes in a secure area within the hotel building. Much appreciated.

Check in was super easy. Location was ideal to our tourist plans. It was clean and quiet. Parking was convenient to our room. Staff was polite and knowledgeable with things to do and see.

Orbitz said free high speed internet, but I only got standard internet. High speed costs 4.99/day. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, but no resolution to internet issue.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice, and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but I do have a complaint. The fitted sheet was too small for the bed. Every time I sat on the bed to get in, the corner would pop off. I tried multiple times to get the corner pulled down enough for the sheet to stay, but was not able to. Since I was by myself, I finally moved into the middle of the bed, and scrunched down far enough on the bed that I couldn't feel the huge wrinkles made because the bottom sheet wouldn't stay in place.

In compaing the two hotels we stayed in Denver the Hampton Inn in Pueblo won for its great amenities, staff and cost. Right off the freeway for a great night rest.

While this was a short trip for us this Hotel was well worthwhile. The cleanliness of the Hotel is excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable. Very quiet! Would recommend to anyone needing accommodations in the Pueblo area.

Room was clean and I had no issues. Cookies in the foyer and breakfast was a great addition. I would stay here again for sure!

We booked a non smoking room and had to stay in a smoking room. The smell was awful. My wife and I both had sinus/ allergy issues as a result.

Nice hotel, quiet, friendly staff close to highway

We had a great restful evening. Staff was very friendly and we had no complaints at all.

Close to the highway, clean rooms and comfortable bathrooms

Great get a way. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very relaxing. The free breakfast was excellent.

We went for a softball tourney for my husband. My son and I did not even want to get out of the king size bed! Everyone was wonderful and the place was spotless!

This was the best hotel stay my family has ever had and a perfect experience from the moment we arrived!!! We loved the sparkling clean & gorgeous appearance of the spacious lobby. There were very classy furnishing & a business center with computers, printers and fax machines for free usage for guests. We were cheerfully greeted by [...]at the front desk and amazingly happy when we were upgraded from our single room to a suite at no additional charge since I was still getting over a sickness and hoping for a nice, quiet & relaxing evening while our teen daughter was hoping for a fun, active night of movies & music videos! :) From the moment we entered the suite I knew this was going to be a wonderful experience! Both rooms had large flat screen TVs and elegant furnishings. The suite included what I would call a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator with icemaker, stove, dish washer, microwave & coffee maker. It also had a limited suppy of dishes, pans & cooking utensils as well as coffees, teas, hot chocolates & sweeteners. There was a cordless phone, 2 internet outlets and wifi provided free with the access code we received with our room access cards when we checked in.The main bedroom was the delight for me though! The beautiful pillow-top King bed was adorned with a multitude of both soft & firm pillows in addition to the most comfy lumbar pilllow I have ever used. The stunning bedding included super soft & elegant sheets & comforter. To top all of this off there was a gorgeous cherry oak lapdesk, which really came in handy for using our laptop in bed. There was a huge closet that included an ironing board & iron and the bathroom had a hair dryer and lots of nice thick towels & wash cloths. Laundry bags, shampoo, conditioner & lotion were provided in the room but a note informed us they had any other toiletries we might need available to us at the front desk at no additional cost.We had been in the room for maybe 10 minutes when Tom had called us to make sure the room met our expectations and if there was anything we needed. We felt welcome & that our business was definately appreciated! After settling in we all went down to enjoy the hpt tub and unique swimming pool. There werevalso loys of snacks and microwavable foods available to purchase down in the lobby. The sparkling clean pool is incredible! Half of it is OUTSIDE, and half of it is INSIDE, which is very versatile so u can relax out in the sunshine or inside away from the elements. It was truly a sight to be seen and a fave with our 15 year old daughter!! The hot tub was kept at a nice hot temp for those achy muscles and the guests controlled the usages & time of bubbles. There was also a workout room with several pieces of exercise equipment for anyone interested in working up a sweat. We all had a fantastic, quiet & uninterrupted night's sleep. We woke up and headed down to the complimentary breakfast. This was another incredible surprise! We were greeted by [...], one of the friendliest & attentative people we had ever met! She showed us around and made sure we had anything we might need. The choices available were fantastic, all fresh & delicious. There was a waffle maker with fresh batter in addition to scrambled eggs w ham, seasoned potatoes, multiple breads for toasting w jams, bagels w cream cheese, fresh fruits, yogurt, oatmeal varities, muffins, danishes, cereal, milk and 4 different juices in addition to every condiment you could think of. Several varities of hot fresh coffees and creamers were also ready as well as teas & hot chocolates. This was definately not your average FREE breakfast & we left there feeling full, satisfied & ready for a day of activity. Katherine was delightful and made my morning w her charm & welcoming attitude! I have tried to mention anything I feel enhanced our experience during this stay but honestly there are just not words good enough to express how great this place is. I took a lot of time checkin...

Staff was very friendly and accomidating. The morning breakfast was always different and fresh. IT wil be my home away from home the next time we go to Colorado!!
