My room smelled like stale cigarettes. The whole place smelled like it was old and needed some air freshener. The ice bucket had something growing up the lid and was was covered in dust which means it is not cleaner between guests. I could not find anyone when I checked out. I rang the bell and waited for 10 minutes and had to leave. For the most part everything was ok and I got what I paid for

It looks sort of beat up from the curb but is very nice inside and has a better than average breakfast and convenient location near interstate.

Hotel cost us more, but conditions were not so good. They switched from a good breakfast to a continental. Doors were damaged, from forced entry. Cable tv was poor and not working right. We were put on a noisy side of the hotel. Whole experiance was poor. We have stayed at hotel 3 times prior and the service and accomadations have degraded.

The room was listed with microwave and refrigerator but when we checked in the hotel staff told us we must ask for these amenities in the special request. We told them we don't need to request for these because the room was listed with refrigerator and microwave. The hotel staff told us they were not responsible for the third party mistake (in this case, Orbitz). They said that they can't offer what they don't have. When we checked in to the room, the television is old with lousy picture, the room smell like bleach a lot.

Checked out right away after seeing the room. Concerned with safety and cleaniness.

Good location, nice staff, nice hot tub. Very clean rooms.

Jason, front desk staff, was very pleasant even though his relief was not there yet... He mentioned his boss was coming in since their other staff person was MIA. Our reservation did not hold a room for us, so he was nice enough to upgrade until there was a room available. Breakfast was great, however there was no mention of being unable to take food to the room. I figured since there was room service available, we could take the plates of food back to the room. We were told we could use the foam cereal bowls if we wanted to take food back to our room. We transferred our full plates into a bowl less than half the size of the plate. It was a mountain of food - but to their credit, it was a good breakfast. I really like the option of inside and outside access to the room. Parking was great. Location was great.

The room I had stains all over the carpet things seem to be outdated still have old TVs from the 80s and 90s in their room no refrigerator no closet in had a very distinct odor to the room . Staff was friendly upon check-in that was only time I saw the staff did not seem to be a lot of people staying at the hotel

Just resting for a two hour drive to the DEN rental car return. Don't stay this far away if you have better options. Much less than Denver hotels and no reason to pay more, just get started early.

The pool and exercise room were rundown and the pool was way over chlorinated. Our room reeked of ammonia. The breakfast was great! The front desk people were very helpful.

This hotel is a great value! Excellent location near shopping, restaurants and right off I 25. Nice, well kept swimming pool and breakfast buffet. Staff was very helpful.

Good hotel, polite & friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good sized indoor pool and free breakfast. I will be staying here again.

no hot protein for breakfast but waffles!!! friendly staff.

The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and the beds super comfortable. It is a little loud at night as it is located right next to the highway, but over all a great value.

This hotel is a great value. Plenty of amenities that you would expect for a higher cost hotel. The only complaint I have is the morning of my check out I handed the desk clerk my keys and all I get was a thanks, I had to ask for receipt and to which I was told the system was down and they would email me my receipt. Well I checked out Thursday and today is Monday and still no receipt. I called the hotel on Sunday and was told they would have to get the manager to do it, well still no receipt. I guess they do not understand that when traveling on business a receipt is a must.

Hotel was overall comfortable, excellent breakfast buffet, courteous staff, and all for a great price. This hotel was as good as a deal as I could hope to find.

the sheets were clean, pool cold, bathroom - i cleaned

Stayed for 2 nights both nights had a lot of noise from the outside was nice to be able to get breakfast easly

WE ATTENDED THE STATE BASKETBALL PLAYOFF GAMES ON FRIDAY NIGHT. THE PILLOWS ON THE BED WERE VERY SMALL AND ONLY 3 FOR A KING SIZED BED DIDN'T EVEN REACH ACROSS THE BED. ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF THE TRIP WERE VERY GOOD

Stayed two nights, first night the bed was broken....got no sleep and a really BAD BACKACHE. Second night, couldn't sleep because of the thin walls!
