Asked for a bottom floor room because my husband has some difficulty getting around and they said no. The check in person was rude when we asked about breakfast. The room smelled like smoke and the carpet smelled like pee. The pool and hot tub were closed. Not a good stay.

I thought it was a three star hotel when I booked it. So disappointed! The first room had no heating. The baseboard was falling off. Furniture is in need of repair. This hotel is about a two star at best. Second room carpet is badly stained and there is no elevator. Disappointed and I’m so glad we are only staying one night.

Too much outside noise and the staffs inability to provide me answers to my questions are a definite drawback to ever using this location again. The breakfast except for the orange juice was disgusting

The indoor pool was great. There was obviously some effort being made to upgrade some of the facility. It is an older building and obviously seen some pretty hard use. The room was on the second floor and was very quiet.

Check in was difficult. New person at desk and rooms were not ready around check in time.

My air conditioning did not work properly. Asked to have someone fix it nobody helped. Asked for a new room I was denied. Room was very hot. Our bathroom trash was not emptied from previous stayers. Toilet paper was almost all gone when we got to the room. Was very dusty and floor not cleaned. Very disappointing. Only thing great was there bar/breakfast.

Supposedly they had just remodeled, but there was no phone, no clock, coffee, but no coffee pot. The bed was probably the cleanest thing in the room. One of the end tables/lamp didn't have an electrical outlet to plug it in. The pool & hot tub was nice. There was no butter at breakfast, but other than that the food was pretty good.

The staff was great. Anthony an employee helped me up the stairs with luggage. However, The room i had was uncomfortable and i didnt feel safe and secure. The door seemed to have been broken through at one time and not fixed well. The door didnt close securely. When i walked in i turned the lamp on and there was no bulb, i turned on the a/c and it didnt work. So i sat down and turned on the T.V. and there waa just a blaxk screen with "no input" floating across the screen. After teaveling all day i had to shower and dress for a graduation dinner. Well there waa no hairdryer and just a bracket on the wall where the hairdryer used to be. After no shower and frysttation i checked out within an hour. The male at the front desk was great and apologized. He upgraded me to a suite. Which was thoughtful. I accepted and left to my dinner. Nevertheless, I didnt go back. Throughout the evening i reflected back on my impression and just didnt feel safe staying there alone. The area just didnt seem safe. Also, the key lock at the entrance to the side of the building leading to the guest rooms did not work and the door did not close unless forced. The door just stays propped open because. Its not aligned properly and anyone can just walk in. Thank you to the wonderful staff for trying but i think the owner needs to take better care of the property.

My room smelled like stale cigarettes. The whole place smelled like it was old and needed some air freshener. The ice bucket had something growing up the lid and was was covered in dust which means it is not cleaner between guests. I could not find anyone when I checked out. I rang the bell and waited for 10 minutes and had to leave. For the most part everything was ok and I got what I paid for

It looks sort of beat up from the curb but is very nice inside and has a better than average breakfast and convenient location near interstate.

Hotel cost us more, but conditions were not so good. They switched from a good breakfast to a continental. Doors were damaged, from forced entry. Cable tv was poor and not working right. We were put on a noisy side of the hotel. Whole experiance was poor. We have stayed at hotel 3 times prior and the service and accomadations have degraded.

The room was listed with microwave and refrigerator but when we checked in the hotel staff told us we must ask for these amenities in the special request. We told them we don't need to request for these because the room was listed with refrigerator and microwave. The hotel staff told us they were not responsible for the third party mistake (in this case, Orbitz). They said that they can't offer what they don't have. When we checked in to the room, the television is old with lousy picture, the room smell like bleach a lot.

Checked out right away after seeing the room. Concerned with safety and cleaniness.

Good location, nice staff, nice hot tub. Very clean rooms.

Jason, front desk staff, was very pleasant even though his relief was not there yet... He mentioned his boss was coming in since their other staff person was MIA. Our reservation did not hold a room for us, so he was nice enough to upgrade until there was a room available. Breakfast was great, however there was no mention of being unable to take food to the room. I figured since there was room service available, we could take the plates of food back to the room. We were told we could use the foam cereal bowls if we wanted to take food back to our room. We transferred our full plates into a bowl less than half the size of the plate. It was a mountain of food - but to their credit, it was a good breakfast. I really like the option of inside and outside access to the room. Parking was great. Location was great.

The room I had stains all over the carpet things seem to be outdated still have old TVs from the 80s and 90s in their room no refrigerator no closet in had a very distinct odor to the room . Staff was friendly upon check-in that was only time I saw the staff did not seem to be a lot of people staying at the hotel
