I felt watched and I kind of didn't like the way the room was setup. Also the wifi there is bad, meaning I didn't have any because it was not secured enough. The breakfast it was good but the milk, it was going bad man, I got food poisinig becauae of it, it was already sitting there for a while for sure. Ovwrall though the view was great!

The room was dirty. There was something spattered on the wall. The floors were dirty. There was mold on the corner of the shower. The shower head was plugged so the water wouldn’t come out properly. The water was scorching hot or freezing there was no middle ground because the handle must of been broken. The phone was broken. We will NOT being staying there again.

The directions on the website had the incorrect address so ended up driving in circles. Should be 521 not 800 Nice spacious room. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately fridge wasn’t working and neither was the phone. We were at the other end of hotel from front desk so plugged fridge into a different receptacle and it worked. Over all a pleasant stay. Few minor problems

No one was at the front desk when I checked in at 7:30 PM. I had to wait for approximately 20 minutes before anyone showed up. The key I was given was not programmed to open the door so I had to go back to front desk and again no one was there. Had to wait approximately another 10-15 minutes for someone to help. Went to try to get into room and the door would not open. Looked like the key was working but the door was stuck at the upper portion as if it was locked from the inside. I went back to the front desk. This time there was someone at the front desk and they just changed my room. I was then able to gain entry to the room. The door to the room did not close completely. I was able to lock it but the bottom portion of the door was open a crack and you were able to see inside the room slightly from the hallway. Many of the doors on our floor were the same The room itself was very outdated. The furniture was very old and worn. Did not look clean. The window looked like it had not been washed in a long time. There were finger prints and face prints all over the inside of the window. I was very uncomfortable in the room. I slept in my clothes on top of the covers. The elevator did not have any inspection report posted on the inside or the outside of the the elevator. I did not eat breakfast the next morning. I just wanted to check out of the room as quickly as possible.
