Experience this beautifully well-kept home with furniture to match as you step back into the 1970s. Grandmas backyard is full of nature; deer, bunnies, birds in all their variety. Only 40 minutes south of Salt Lake City, this centrally located home is close to everything...15 minutes from Sundance Resort where you can enjoy zip lining, theater, hiking, skiing and more; 15 min from Deer Creek Reservoir for boating fun; 15 min from BYU and UVU; 10 min from shopping and entertainment. Harmon's grocery store is just 1 mile away. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms this is the perfect place for your family to stay. There's plenty of room for family gatherings, game nights and bbqs in the backyard. A formal dining room for special occasions and a casual kitchen dining area will meet all your mealtime needs. The large outdoor Gas grill is perfect for summer bbqs. The 2 car garage has plenty of space for ski/snowboard equipment or all the college student purchases as you prepare your student for college life. The master bedroom has a California King size bed.
