Close to Provo Canyon, Sundance Ski Resort, Brigham Young University, city park (w/a splash pad), Cascade Mini Golf, Hiking Trails & Murdock Canal Trail. Convenient location w/a grocery store, Dairy Queen, gas station & bus stop that goes to Sundance all less than 0.5 miles away.

Over 3000 sq ft w/4 living areas - 2 family rms, living rm, outside covered patio. Double ovens, gas fireplace w/a blower, light & bright!

Great location and space!

The location is perfect for getting to and from places in town but also getting to Provo Canyon for a hike! Everything was set up and ready with towels and bed sheets when we arrived. The backyard is comfortable and a shaded for a nice place to hang out. The house is nicely decorated and layout is easy.
