¡Ubicación céntrica, vecindario tranquilo y simplemente divertido! Ubicado entre BYU y UVU al lado de University Place Mall. Perfecto para visitar a tus estudiantes universitarios, campamento deportivo / EFY, Semana de la Educación, esquiar ...

Este es el apartamento del sótano de una casa en un lugar tranquilo y céntrico, olvida lo cerca que estás de todo lo que viniste a visitar en Utah Valley. Camine hasta University Place / Costco para ir de compras, restaurantes, un parque y películas. Los eventos de BYU y UVU están a solo 5 a 10 minutos en automóvil. (Hay una puerta privada desde el barrio hasta el centro comercial).

En el primer dormitorio hay una cama queen y en el segundo dormitorio hay un conjunto de literas con un colchón de tamaño completo que se saca para dormir cinco cómodamente en las habitaciones. La cocina es grande e incluye todo lo que necesita cuando se cansa de la comida del restaurante: horno grande, microondas, tostadora, batidora, olla eléctrica, sartén eléctrica. El Monte de la Autoridad de Tránsito de Utah. Timpanogas Transit Center está convenientemente ubicado a poca distancia a pie del centro comercial. Desde el centro de tránsito se puede tomar un autobús hasta la estación Orem Front Runner hacia Salt Lake City. A Great Find!

You will love staying here. If feels very private and yet it's not far to shops, restaurants, stores etc. It is clean and comfortable and feels like a home. Enjoy the cookie dough!

Wow! This place was perfect for our family.

My wife was a little nervous when I told her it was a basement apartment, but wow were we surprised! This place is immaculate! The inside is entirely renovated and beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable and the Mickey Mouse diner themed kitchen was adorable. Price was very reasonable and we were very happy. We will definitely be staying here again for future trips to Provo /Orem.

Terrific place to stay!

This was an extended stay for us and it was terrific!! Highly recommend staying here. We hope to rent from them again. There was not one thing we needed during our extended stay that wasn’t already available. We cooked multiple meals, including barbecued. Everything was as advertised and better than expected! The owner was great to communicate with and super responsive. Location was great and easy access to everything you might need. This is a true gem in Orem!

This Orem gem is a must stay for anyone. You'll find comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Clean and fun. My only caution is to watch out for the drain under the mat when entering the front door. It's easy to twist an ankle if you're not careful. We had a great stay!

Great place!

We loved this property! Perfect basement suite for our family of 4. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we loved not all being crammed into one room. We could not have asked for a better location. Everything was close! Communication with host was easy, check in was a breeze. We were grateful for off road parking. Quite neighbourhood, and cozy little suite. Kitchen was stocked with all supplies we need and the bathroom had toiletries for our short stay. We will definitely book this place again!!

Great space for me and my teens and adult children

It was a really cute basement apartment that had plenty of nice beds and an extra mattress for all 5 of us. The decor was lovely and the kitchen was well stocked and even had extra stuff you don't get at a resort condo! The neighborhood was convenient for getting to places both North and South in the valley. SO much better than a hotel and less expensive too (especially for 5 of us!).

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, house was clean and had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great location for restaurants, shopping and BYU. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Wish we could have stayed longer!
