Fantastic hotel-clean, well-run, spacious rooms, everything recently updated, and staff were in masks and wearing them properly. Nicest hotel we stayed in on our cross country trip.

Horrible customer service. We had reserved a room for 5 and ended up in a handicapped room that fit maybe two. They were not willing to work with us. The room had mold, the tub was dirty, the baseboards were falling off, and red stains all over the floor. The keys didn’t work half the time. The pool area was gross. There was animal feces in the middle of the hallway. The staff were not knowledgeable about anything to do with the hotel or the surroundings. We would not recommend going here and will definitely be calling corporate!

Our room was dirty. Hair & food crumbs in the bed & sheets did not appear to be changed. There were beetles coming from the tree outside through the AC into the room - some were dead & some were crawling on the AC and walls. Wall by TV had something orange (soda?) splattered on it as well as many dirty areas on walls near the beds presumably from feet. Light switches had grunge on them. Door hardware was damaged making the door difficult to open and close. There was a crushed ramen noodles cup in the closet. The very friendly front desk staff moved us to another room, which we accepted even though it was marginal because it was 10pm, we were tired & we did not want to move our luggage again. The sheets appeared clean in that room, but the floor was not vacuumed well. We found a set of fake eyelashes on the floor near the bed. There was also a very sticky area in the carpet by the nightstand. There was human hair on some of the towels. The bathtub had something brown on it near the drain (it did not appear to be rust - we just avoided it). There was toothpaste on the front of the bathroom vanity. The full length mirror was covered in finger smears & smudges on the bottom half (presumably from a small child). The overall appearance of the hotel is one that was once nice, but is heading downhill fast due to lack of cleanliness and repair. Perhaps they are short staffed due to COVID-19. Bottom line - guest rooms need to be satisfactorily cleaned & ours was not.

Had issue gerting shot at by another guest. Police were quick responsive. Hotel staff were vert professional. It was more experience of stay rather than property. I have stayed here before with no issues.

It was nice. Nicest we have stayed in every time we come tonState wrestling matches. Good food for breakfast.

Room was very spacious , really comfortable bed, nicely decorated. It was very clean with the exception of hair in the bathtub.

Rooms were spacious and modern. Bed was comfortable. No one was at the desk when I arrived. I had to wait a few minutes for someone to show up.

The property was dirty and loud. Someone's dog barked the entire night.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, great breakfast, and a pool and gym for those who are interested. It is the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in for the low proce we paid.

Classy Hotel, dogs allowed, breakfast was tasty, clean and great location

The rooms were clean. The mattresses weren't bad. The breakfast was pretty decent. The parking lot was a little sketchy, especially around back. And there were some maintenance issues- the door was really hard to get open. But all in all, a good place to stay.

Friendly, helpful staff. Decent free breakfast. Comfortable beds

The manager went the extra mile when I left an important piece of medical equipment in my room at checkout I called and they mailed it the next day. I appreciate their quick action in getting my breathing assist equipment back to me.

Nice, spacious room layout. Wonderful view. Good bed. Clean and neat.

Thank you for your feedback. It is very upsetting when your experience falls short of standards.
