My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below basic expectations of comfort and cleanliness. To start, our room wasn’t adequately stocked — there were no extra towels for the number of guests staying, which is a simple standard any hotel should meet. There also wasn’t any proper hand soap for the sink, only body soap, which felt unsanitary for a shared bathroom. As we settled in, we noticed even more issues. The carpet under the beds was torn and looked like it hadn’t been replaced or cleaned in a very long time. On top of that, there was a sticky, disgusting stain left on one of the bed sheets, which was completely unacceptable. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable and stiff, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s rest. The environment in the hotel also felt unsafe. I was woken up by extremely disruptive guests, including a woman crying and running down the hallway as if she were in distress. It was alarming and made me feel uncomfortable staying there. Because of this, I didn’t even sleep at the hotel on the final night. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were rude, unwelcoming, and seemed indifferent to all concerns. There was no sense of hospitality or care for guest experience.

Our room was clean and spacious, however the metal bed frames were cheap and squeaked. There was also a lot of highway noise from the road nearby.

The room is huge and there is a giant Jetted Tub in the suite, make sure you ask for the room with the deck if that’s what you want, the ad showed a room with a deck but you have to ask for that one specifically.
