Great location
Great place by touristic area near the Cathedral and the unbelievable Alcazar! Right outside of the hotel you ll find lots of cafes, tapa places, bars, and lots of shops. Good shopping area as well with beautiful small and large stores. The bed was comfortable, heated room, great shower and towels and amenities. Only inconvenience was the room location right off the central courtyard so no windows and it got very very humid inside. Would not like to go back to same room. Other than that, excellent location and great staff.

I could not have asked for a better hotel. Lots of complimentary products in the room, free candies, and a spacious bathroom. When the staff clean your room, they take a tee-shirt and flare it like a flamenco dress on the bed, which is very charming and cute. I would definitely stay here again!
We would rate this hotel as a 3 1/2 star hotel. It's location was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There is an expansion/renovation project that is ongoing that will most likely elevate this hotel's rating to a 4 star hotel. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel and would welcome staying there again. Seville's center is an amazing place with its narrow streets - this hotel is at the beginning of a narrow/pedestrian street (with easy taxi access right outside the door) - the street is quite charming and leads to the Cathedral a few minutes walk away at its opposite end.
This hotel is in a great location. So easy to walk to bars, restaurants, the Cathedral, etc. The room was clean, the internet worked well, the AC worked fine, the staff was very friendly. Our room didn't have much of a view - but that's not why were visiting, so it didn't bother us. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel.

This is a great little hotel with a nice ambiance and close to everything you would want to in Seville. The only gripe was with the room doors, which were ridiculously thin. We were woken up in the morning by other hotel guests who were talking on the hallway. Also, the hotel is described as having parking but the garage is somehow always full. We had to park in a public (paid, pretty expensive) garage about a 10 minute walk away, which was unpleasant to get to with luggage. The hotel is difficult to reach by car as most streets in Seville are one way and getting from one point to another can be quite a maze. You will need a GPS receiver.
