Very nice hotel
Great location. Nice looking hotel. 5 stars. Mini pool at the rooftop. Used to be a palace from 15th century. Remodeled 5-6 years ago. There is no parking. You have to find parking on it’s own, about 10 minutes walk at public parking. There is poor access by car to hotel…. Hotel should communicate better how to arrive to hotel. We did not manage to find the way, although we followed Google maps. Room was nice looking, but we got one with window into hallway. No real window. Felt like being in catacombs. No day light at all. Moderate moldy smell. They should not rent this room at all to anyone. I got impression when you rent room through Orbitz/Expedia you get the worse room possible. This I have notice over and over again.

Dear Jason, we are very sorry but as you well know, when choosing your reservation at our hotel, you chose a cheaper rate that does not allow cancellation or modification. If you had doubts about your trip, for this Ilunion has rates that can be canceled up to 24 hours before arrival at the hotel. Best regards
