not having a bureau in the room to put my clothes in was an inconvenience working out of my luggage was disappointing.i was not aware that if I requested a refrigerator was available on request. The free breakfast that was available was good two out of my five days and the other three days it was god awful. you would, in my opinion, give me a refrigerator and a microwave in lieu of the free breakfast.

Pretty worn out. When we checked in the key machine was broke, apparently weather knocked it off. The TV in the room was stuck on Weather channel and would not change. The front desk was doing their best.

Waited in line for 45 minutes to check in. At 430 our room wasn’t even ready. They couldn’t print out any room keys. We had to wait until 630 to get our key cards. Horrible experience!

The pictures on Orbitz look NOTHING like the actual rooms. Furthermore, someone working at the place set off the fire alarm at 11:30 pm from smoke and steam making the smell unbearable. Could not stay in the room and checked out. Even worse, they nor Orbitz will refund the money. Horror show.

This property was very disappointing. My room was in the basement and it smelled moldy. My room overall wasn’t very clean, the sink was clogged and the tub needs to be replaced.

I don't like that there are only two entrances on either side, and you can smell the bleach from the pool all the way in the lobby. The bed was comfortable! And the shower was nice as well.

Customer service was great. The property is just old, the tub surface was peeling and the drains didn’t work properly.

Common areas especially hallways are rather shabby and worn. My dead bolt did not work in my room. Single woman traveling. Also coffee station in room missing ref. Coffee packets and no stirrers.

Our original flight was cancelled so was booked onto a later arriving one, decided to get a hotel for the night and love how close this is to the airport and the staff were amazing

Clean and super nice hotel 10 thumbs up 👍 . I always come back I love it here.

Hotel undergoing remodel. Many amenities were not usable or unavailable. Had to change my room because the room heater did not work. Also no microwave or small refrigerator in my room as most hotels do.

The hotel was recently taken over by Wyndham from being a former Sheraton. Staff was fine. Although the tv in our room didn't work and there was nobody available to fix it.

Wyndham appaently just bought a Sheraton and it seems they haven't finished the refurbishments. The signage was not very obvious at night. Our bathroom had no towel bars or hooks at all. The beds were fine, the rest of the furnishings were sparse and somewhat uncoordinated, but the shuttle service to the airport was available 24 hours and staff were cheerful. The rate was very low as the hotel was offering a 40% discount for online bookings. (early Dec. 2018)
