When we checked in the room, one of the beds had hair in it and the sheets were the incorrect size. There was no hot water initially in the bathroom, once maintenance came out to fix it the water was scalding hot, so my daughter and I could not take a proper shower. The water was either ice cold or scalding hot. My daughter was almost burned!

This is an old baldly renovated hotel. The room was clean. The continental breakfast was only muffins and bagel. I did not see the breakfast attendant. For a Windham hotel, I expected more.

Vincent was particularly helpful. He drove us to get food, waited for us and drove us back so we could stay out of the rain. He also scheduled our pick ups for the airport and double checked we were there before departing.

It’s the old Sheraton. Nothing special Dinky little Lobby bar. Man complaining about lack of heat in conference room.

Rooms appear nice, bathtubs dusty and hair on some towels. Chipped door chipped bench in bathroom. Needs update

Room smelled like skunk when you walked in. No wash clothes in the bathroom. Ac/ heating unit was way to loud. House keeping entered room before we even checked out of the room while we were still getting ready. Bed and linen smelled like pot.

Gave me a room but it was occupied - my key card allowed me to walk in on another guest who became quite angry as this was 12:30 am! The front desk then told me there were NO rooms. I had taken two planes to get to RI to see my daughter at college. I called to tell them I would be checking in very late. I was assured they would have a room. No room and he said he could not return my $247.00 plus incidental fee of $50 until (maybe) the next day after talking to a manger. I was left with no room and my card was charged. It was a horrendous experience. I had to find a way to get to my daughters dorm at 1am. Called manger next day - would not speak to me. Left voicemail - did not call me back. Help!

good location, parking was confusing. front desk not helpful in the best place to park to get to our room. walked the longest distance possible with all our bags at check in. no pool towels available. was given two hand towels to dry with, ridiculous!

accessibility was excellent. shopping was very convenient.

Good quiet location. Hotel appears to be chronically understaffed. The staff does do their best, there just aren't enough of them.

Comfy king bed. Dates furniture pieces. Outlet not nearby bed and/or accessible. Awkward placement of mini frig in room. Appreciate continental breakfast. However, offerings were poor. Dining area was not being punctually cleaned after others use.
