Really dirty looking hotel. Lobby looks nice but as you step out of the elevator, carpet is dirty, walls are stained. We walked into the room, toilet bowl is stained and gross. Next day after room cleaning, they forgot to put bathmat, extra towels( we already had extra towels in room. She took them away). There was no coffee packets next day. When asked they said they are all out of coffee! When I saw cleaning lady in the hallway, she had coffee packets on the cart. The receptionist out right lied to my face. Very disappointed. I had made the booking as this was Sheraton. I don't think I will ever book a room at Shereton/ SPG again.
The room was dark and gloomy. Furnishings were new but poor furniture and lighting choices. Property appeal has declined signicantly in the past year.
Disappointed in restaurant--very little staff available to ask why the buffet containers were all very low on food or empty. We ate elsewhere. Did not affect us, but did affect the others in our party (we had 5 rooms with our group)--rooms were not ready for check-in until 3pm. We had a wedding to prepare for and drive 35 minutes to reach.
Not properly maintained housekeeping horrible food horrible rooms look nice the only thing we liked the beds were comfortable
Family Visit in Cranston, worked out. Well situated to restaurants, hwy, etc.... Why do you have to write so much to submit.
Excelente! We had a wonderful expirience. The breakfast was excellent the staff in the cafeteria is awasome.
We stayed only one night at the Sheraton but were surprised in all aspects. The hotel is convenient to the airport and the room was plenty big enough for us and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room and property were clean and well-kept and the wireless internet was surprisingly fast. The shuttle driver was very pleasant and helpful. All-in-all, we were very happy with the property.
The check-in went smooth and the hotel staff was nice but we checked in late after 11:00pm and went to straight to bed. We left 9:00am Sunday morning to attend an event at Providence College. Upon return at 6:00 pm our room had not been cleaned. The hotel staff was accommodating and moved us to another room but the new room smelled of mildew and had mildew stains in the corner of the room (as seen in attached pics). We asked if we could go to another room and they moved us up one floor to the most disgusting looking hotel hallway I've ever seen. We wanted to switch hotels due to the nastiness of this location but we were not refunded our money so we stayed the course! Overall the hotel needs major renovations done and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not even traveling circus animals!
Traveled during the Thanksgiving weekend to RI, and picked this hotel to stay at for many reasons - location, value, amenities. Had a great indoor pool for us to enjoy. The location had access to everything - food, shopping, kids entertainment, highway access all within a mile. Close to Roger Williams Zoo, Brown University, RI School of Design, RI Children's museum, and the Casino. Overall, great value for the money.
It was perfect for what I needed it for. clean, friendly and comfortable. Had a nice gym that I used.
This hotel met all my standards. It was very clean and very nice definitely worth the money I paid for it. I will definitely recommend this hotel to a family/friends
We chose the hotel for its known quality, proximity to the airport, free shuttle service, and free room Internet - a must. The front desk got us into our room swiftly (prepaid room) without fuss. Three shortcomings to the usual Sheraton known quality, and probably speaks for a needed upgrade / replacements: 1. Room was very small - which was ok for an overnight stay and nothing longer; 2. Toilet needed to be repaired; I disliked having to fish my hands into a mossy toilet tank to rehook the flap chain in the wee am! 3. Heating/cooling system was crazy: Heat would blow too hot or too cold then shut off. Otherwise, it's a good business traveler's hotel.
elevators were filthy, hotel was outdated, floors were sticky, food was cold at the breakfast buffet, ice machines were an inconvenience, elevators were extremely confusing. Rugs didn't seem like they were ever vacuumed. Half the lights were out on the Sheraton sign at the entrance. Staff was nice and landscaping out front was ok. Beds were comfortable. Every corner was filled with dirt. Mirror was broken in our room. Headboard was stained with an oily substance. Parking lot was full and there was only 2 entrances to the building. Not well thought out...
On arrival till the departure we were greeted with polite and friendly service. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would recommend it highly.
Our room was dirty. The toilet hadn't even been flushed there was a giant bud under the sink, spit on the bathroom mirror and trash behind he curtain. The amenities are underwhelming at best and the staff is unaccomodating. Definately will not be staying at this hotel again
Good service, fast check in ,very clean ,fast check out
prompt and courteous service Yes, would recommend to my friends and family
Very comfortable, great value, clean rooms. We Stayed over to catch an early flight and were surprised How comfortable the hotel was. We will definitely stay here again.
Just came in for a weekend day for family/friends weekend at Brown. Reserved a room with a double bed that turned out to be a full-size bed when we got there. There was no mirror in the room save for a bathroom mirror. Folks at the front desk were not particularly accommodating. Wouldn't go there again.
Front Desk :Excellent, smiling service makes you feel at home. Rooms:Clean well maintained. Well stocked bar and nice grill restaurant on the premises. We were visiting Brown University, about 15 minutes from the hotel.Would recommend for college visiting parents.
