Dated. Old fashion room key made opening door difficult. We had 2 rooms. In one the bathroom fan rattled and banged. Toilet rocked when you sat on it lol. After seversl hours we figured out the thrashing noise was the fridge. Tv was tube style. The area was seedy. Two cop cars sat in the parking lot.

Check in was rather quick. However, when I entered my room it was freezing cold. I turned up the heat only to find out that the heater didn't work. I called the front desk and they sent over someone to check the heat. I was given a new room. The heater works very well in my new room. The room was could use updating. The bathroom shower head dripped continuously. I guess you get what you pay for! I would not stay there again.

The floor is sticky, room is dirty The ventilator is old and crappy. Wifi sucks

Nice room, just don't try to sleep with the heater on. It kicked on and off all night waking me.

One night for sleeping only. Not many TV channels.

The room was ok. I slept well. Very convenient location. Great service at the desk.

If given the option we wouldn't stay here again. The cost and location were reasonable, however that is the only positive feedback I really have. There was debris in the bathroom, hair on the tile walls and no garbage in the bathroom. The shower facet fell off several times when I took a shower. The mini fridge smelled like old food. There were hairs on the pillow and sheets. There wasn't any welcome to the hotel information on amenities (only a few Chinese menus and a tv guidebook). I couldn't even leave feedback on their survey because there was no pen in the room. The staff called us at 9:00am to make sure we were going to be out by 11am. The front desk staff that checked us in and out were rough and rude (no friendly). Overall, it was very disappointing. The hotel was all we could afford on our trip- so while we were thankful that we had a place to sleep, that's about all the value we had.

Bedding was clean but no iron or hair dryer that must be asked for from front desk. Our room was near an entry and exit door, an ice machine and a vending machine which was used all through out the night. Bring earplugs couldn't accomidate a room change. Booked two rooms but couldn't put us next to each other. Other room booked experienced a crying 3yr old late at night. One of our Bathrooms needed an update water dripping from faucet into tub and classic pink from the 70's. New rugs needs as well. Old green indoor outdoor for the floors. Price was great we were in a pinch for this quick trip. We had already just had a family vacation previous month.

It's an old building - but very well maintained, and clean. The rooms are small, but adequate. Truly a good experience, and excellent value!

We stumbled across this place and loved it so much we decided to book an additional night! Great location, great pool, room was so clean and comfortable! Would highly recommend! Great value!

The hotel is okay and affordable. The beds are okay. It is not noisy but quite at night. The only thing that we did not enjoy the amneties was the outdoor pool because it was dirty.

Great stay- cute brick building and the staff is friendly. Clean and near food area

Emergency Stay during a winter storm, it was a pleasant inn, nice staff, and good bargain.

Great location (near major highways, Providence, and there are numerous places to eat within a very short drive) and a great price (cheaper than the rates I found for surrounding hotels) The hotel itself is nothing special, but if you're looking for a place to sleep I'd recommend it. I've stayed there twice this summer and don't have any complaints.

Staff was friendly when we arrived. Room neet. slept well then off with a breakfast... Good Job.

Clean, friendly, convenient location (lots of stores nearby, very close to Providence RI). Inexpensive, esp. when you check out those Providence room rates! We will return.

just fine, like the price, queenbed would be better but if the price would behigher we will stick with this

The staff at the front desk were nasty. I had a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Sketchy area and room. Next time I'd pay the extra 10/15 bucks and get something better.

First of all, I am surprised that it was rated a 2 star hotel. We found it to be more than acceptable. We had a microwave and refrig, table and chairs in our room which was wonderful. Every morning we had juice, coffee, danish, English muffins, a variety of cereals. What more could you ask for? The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was as clean as a whistle. We had a very good experience!!

Our room was "Non-Smoking" but must have been a smoking room for about 30 years because the stench of old cigarettes was intense. On top of that, the walls at the Knights Inn must be really thin because it seemed like we could hear every word our neighbors said, which was extra annoying since they were up til 3am playing music in their room. The staff helped quiet them down when I called the desk to complain, and was otherwise accommodating, but I thought the housekeeping leaving a labeled envelope for tips on the table was tacky.
