Two bedroom suite was a one bedroom without AC in the bedroom. Dirty and not well maintained in the room. Exterior was ok.
Non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. No hangers in the closet and no hair conditioner
Sheets and blankets had stains and burnt holes in it so i had to buy my own blankets and sheets

It did the job needed for the right price. Just needed a two night stay for a college parents weekend. room is dated, but bed is comfy...needs more pillows...not exactly a Choice Hotel breakfast but they did have waffles and cereal.
Knights Inn looks nice from the outside. But rooms are run down, dingy and in need of help. Everything’s old. And way overpriced.
This motel is okay. We stayed in a suite with two queen beds and we had a lot of space. However, I did not like two aspects of it: a sofa seat has a unpleasant smell and the bathroom has many beetles crawling around all night. They need to hire some pest control specialists to get rid of those bugs right away.
It was a decent and affordable hotel, convenient to Rhode Island
I really enjoyed the location of this motel in relation to the travel times to conduct the nearby business that I had. The price per night was good, but I was disappointed that there was a separate charge for a roll out bed that wasn't disclosed up front. I was very pleased that breakfast was included in my stay, which was a real convenience. But I was disappointed that the juice machine was broken and the staff didn't put out pitchers of juice as a substitute. Overall, I am very pleased and would stay here again.
