The staff was always there and attended to everything I needed. No complaints!

It was very nice and very clean the poeple was very nice to

For the expense and being part of the Marriott chain we expected better quality and cleanliness. The shower was dated and needed a new shower head- the bathroom floor looked like someone had given a haircut in there along side the toilet- there was clothing tags and other trash on the floor under the couches-the refrigerator had no ice maker and there are none available to guests anywhere on the premises-the bar/lounge isn't open on weekends-and the up-cost on anything if you wanted to purchase for example a 16oz of soda was outrageous at $5 or a 16oz. bottle of Fiji water @$4-didn't even bother to look at what a piece of fruit or other food in their mini convenience store would of cost to avoid the shock effect any further-every time a neighbor flushed their toilet you had to hear the water run until re-filled just a total all around disappointment with an over priced tag for the accommodations and incidentals along the way-didn't even try the pool or hot tub out as they were very dated and not too appealing to the eye when we peeked a look at them. Definitely expected more from the Marriott and would suggest you find an alternate place to stay than this one.

Clean and accommodating. Would recommend for anyone visiting Franklin.

As soon as I walked in everything was wonderful. The staf was very sweet. The room was so warm and clean. Everything was great.

great very clean and big they had a pool that was super clean and a Jacuzzi, basketball courts for the kids and super comfy beds! had a great time

We stayed here during our visit to a Patriots game at Gillette Stadium. The suite was amazing! Room was extremely clean and spacious! Staff were very pleasant. Pool/Spa area was great! Continental breakfast in the morning was perfect! We will stay here again everytime we come yto a game, next time we are bringing our family......only a 15 minute ride to the stadium. Go early though to avoid traffic holdup. Highly recommend this hotel :)

I needed just a weekend getaway to myself so I chose the Residence Inn in Franklin, MA. The employees were extremely friendly and helpful and my room was as clean as I could ask. I would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time staying here for a Patriots game and I couldn't have been happier! I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back. It would be nice if there was a sign showing where to turn because it was a little hard to find at night.

This hotel was great! The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. It was an easy drive to the Comcast Center & the Wrentham outlets.

Had reservations at a japanese restaurant across the street and we knew we were going to have a "few" drinks, also with valentine's day approaching, we decided to book a hotel for a little weekend get away. Being two college students from the town over, this was a perfect hotel. Cheap but luxurious for a small hotel. Great staff, flat screen tvs in the rooms. Perfect for a romantic weekend away from work and classes.

Complete with a kitchen and living room area this room was very fancy. More than I expected, especially for the price.

Booked room on short notice. Was nice, clean, comfortable.

Our room featured a nice kitchenette with comfortable seating area. A separate bedroom with bath was appreciated also. We would stay there again in a heart beat.

My stay at the Franklin Marriot Residence Inn was only one night, but I found the experience to be wonderful. The room was beautiful and the complimentary breakfast was the best I have ever had.

Wife and I visited to attend a conference, overnight. Enjoyed the room with a fireplace; however, paid substantially more than other members of our party. I did expect that I would receive a comfortable night's sleep; however, I had to hold onto the edge of the bed in order not to roll to the middle, big disappointment. Mattress should have been replaced a while ago. Everything about our brief stay was OK, but next day during conference felt tired and attributed it to the poor mattress the night before.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was great. The rooms were beautiful.

Professional and courteous check-in, oversized suite accommodations with bedroom and kithenette, breakfast included and a very convenient location right off 495.

Great-sized room, clean, was able to check in early, close to Gillette Stadium, even recommended a good pizza place for after the game. We'd definitely stay here again.

Everything was great but try to get a room not facing the highway, it is sooo noisy! Plus there is a train station nearby and though it is cute after the fact, it was not too funny when my toddler woke me up around midnight saying "choo-choo" (there was a train pulling in)
