towels look like durty and the room smell very bad.

I can't really review this property because I booked my hotel room through Orbitz, but when I was trying to check in with the front desk, I was told that my reservation was cancelled at 2:54pm the day of (which is impossible for me to do because I was hiking in a forest at the time). Also, very suspicious that my reservation was magically cancelled 6 minutes before check-in time at 3:00pm. I was on hold with Orbitz for an hour and a half trying to fix the situation since all hotels in the surrounding area were booked since it was Memorial Day weekend. I am very disappointed and still don't know if it was an Orbitz issue or the hotel system messed up.

This hotel is underwhelming if you are not staying for multiple days. I get that they are "extended stay" but might want to consider dedicating a few rooms to one-night guests since they do market to them. No ice, you have to order glassware, pots and pans, etc. Limited amenities and breakfast is a non-starter. A couple of pre-packaged muffins and coffee was out. Won't consider in the future for one night stay.

Was a bit outdated in spots but overall experience was decent.

Terrible - construction starting at 7am on roof. Do not recommend

Smoke smell in a non smoking room. Lobby needed vacuming. There is a level of attention to cleanliness missing in the chain.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Both times were very nice. This time, unfortunately, the weekend we picked was right in the middle of renovations, so not quiet as the first time. that being said, we will definitely return there whenever we visit my mother.

We were in town for just an overnight stay. The hotel is a bit different than the typical hotel. No gym but a very friendly staff who went out of their way to proactively help, a basic breakfast, and a kitchen with the room. We purchased groceries before our arrival. With a full size kitchen we were able to prepare two meals which saved us more than a few dollars eating out. The room wasn't fancy but it was clean and it lived up to its promises. I'd stay here again.

The bathroom was not that clean and the room had a smell

Not bad, Found it strange that they are no longer leaving supplies in kitchen. When asked for specifics at the front desk, they got to the door with a bin and actually came into the room to "put the dishes in the cabinet" was awkward. Although very nice woman who worked the front desk just seemed odd. Other than that no other issues- near lots of stores for shopping. But won spend 179 for 2nights for a queen kitchen non-smoking- expensive

Last minute memorial booking on 05/24, not expecting any rooms under $100. As I scrolled lists of mediocre motels hotels which were available, I found few rooms available at this location. I knew Extended Stay America had 4/5 Ratings on other travel sites so wanted to try this place out. At the front desk, I was served by lady name Teri who was very kind. Rooms were clean, had small kitchen which was a nice perk and free breakfast till 9:30AM. For it's price, I would recommend this place.

I was just staying for the night, it was comfortable and receptionist Teri was wonderful!!

This is a value play. For the traveler looking for an inexpensive option, it is suitable. The place has the look and feel of a place where people come and go for work, staff and guests included.

We were in town for a graduation and used 2 rooms for our group. Both rooms had been recently redone with new flooring, paint etc. There are several national chain restaurants, gas stations, stores and movie theaters within walking distance. You could make coffee in your room but I recommend the coffee in the lobby breakfast bar. It was outstanding.

We needed a three day spot. It was a great price. Close to a shopping center and near the attraction we were going to. Worked for us. Staff and very friendly and helpful.

It was just fine. My friend and I were fishing at Point Judith and wanted to stay close by to avoid the 2.5 hour drive. Would stay there again under similar circumstances.

We were traveling with our children. When we checked in, we were told we'd get 2 rooms right next to each other. Instead, they were down the hall & around the corner from each other. To top it off, I left my pillow there. When we called, they said they'd box it for us if we could arrange to have FedEx pick it up. We did. When my pillow arrived at my home, they'd switched out my contoured pillow for a hotel pillow, but still sent it in my own pillowcase. That was expensive shipping for a hotel pillow. I'm appauled at the dishonesty we encountered at the Extended Stay.

Visit family in area it was convenient. Ice machine would have been nice with heat. Previous visits to Extended Stay were cheaper

The hotel was outdated, walking into the lobby I thought its standards were high but once I entered my room I was embarrassed I brought my wife there; seemed cheap and smelled. I guess the old saying goes you get what you pay for...wouldn't recommend this place, spend a little more so you can relax which was intended.
