Great location if you're staying anywhere in Rhode Island or cavorting around New England. The space itself met reasonably standards of sufficiency, and the staff was polite and receptive.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The property was a bit run down and there were some stains on the bedsheets. Nevertheless it was a good place to spend a night.

The family that took over what was apparently a pretty beat-up motel has made a solid effort to modernize the place, but they still have some way to go.

Clean, safe, with a comfortable bed. The room was a bit shabby and in need of updating, but not objectionable. It smelled of cleaning products. The color scheme was not to my taste, but it was fine as I spent just one night.

I went to check in and was told to come back later as the room wasn’t cleaned. I went back later that night and had to wait another 15 minutes because the host wasn’t there. The towels were stained with various things and there was no shampoo or soap in the shower dispensers.

We needed a quick place to stay while at a wedding. The only thing we noticed was a stuffy smell where it’s older, but with the windows open it went away and was a wonderful stay. The room itself was super clean and comfortable.
