Country house, 115 m², 7 km from Sarlat, 2 km from the village of Proissans (small grocery stores) and 100 m from another Gîtes de France rental. A bright and welcoming living room with a kitchen (electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave) opening onto a lounge (2 sofas and an armchair, TV, internet) and then a dining room raised two steps. The "Bambouseraie" bedroom has a queen-size bed (160 cm), the "Campagne" bedroom has a single bed (90 cm) and a double bed (140 cm), and the "Terra Cotta" bedroom has a double bed (140 cm). Each bedroom has a private bathroom/shower room and separate WC. Laundry room with a washing machine and a small fridge-freezer. A large, enclosed garden (1000 m²) offers the possibility of enjoying meals on the terrace (plancha grill) in complete privacy, creating a relaxing haven. Parking for up to three vehicles.

The "Les Mésanges" gîte is ideally located in the heart of the Périgord Noir region, near Sarlat and between the Dordogne and Vézère valleys. You can explore must-see tourist sites such as La Roque-Gageac, Domme, Les Milandes, Lascaux IV, and the troglodytic city of La Madeleine, among others, and participate in local activities (markets, festivals) and cultural events (music and dance festivals, theater).

This comfortable house, equipped with modern amenities and in excellent condition, is located in a quiet, wooded, and secluded rural setting. You can enjoy the large outdoor space for relaxation or fun with garden games for the whole family (swing, pétanque, molkky, etc.) shared with the neighboring gîte. In the village of Proissans, you will find small shops, a bakery, a butcher, and a crêperie, as well as a playground and a tennis court. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, baby bath.
