Pali Ke Kua es un proyecto complejo de apartamentos de 22 acres ubicado en la exuberante costa norte de Kauai, ubicado en el barrio de clase alta y privada de Princeville. Do you like mold on your pillow and a management office that does nothing? Well this is the VRBO for you. My wife was unable to sleep the first night and we thought it was due to the strong fragrance of the room. The following day we stripped the linens to find her pillow was full of mold. The management office said they'd order a new pillow but we never got it. They also didn't offer to clean the room/linens, we had to do it. They refused to take any accountability for the mold and kept insisting it was a fragrance only issue, even after multiple photos were sent to them.

Overall, a great place to stay and I'd recommend. Location is great, unit is modern and well-maintained. There were two things that could have been better.1. Air Conditioning - While they have wall units in both bedrooms, and fans, the main living space does not. Your reliant on outside air and fans. Temps were around 83 in the day, but hotter in the unit, even with all windows open and fans. It was HOT.2. Grilling - They do have a "grill" but it's electric (not a real grill). It appears the policy of the grounds doesn't allow open flame grills. This was disappointing and something to be aware of, if you were thinking of grilling out in that beautiful open area overlooking the ocean.All else was wonderful though. Still recommend.

A great location & nice confo

Condo was as described - real nice for our family of four. A bit difficult to find as we arrived late into the night (and the island is SO DARK!). Wave boards, towels, beach chairs available - which made it so much easier.

The location is excellent! We enjoyed the condo the grounds, the pool was fabulous! This neighborhood is very quite ! The ocean breeze while sitting on the lanai was a true Hawaii experience. We will definitely stay again.

Best vacation ever

The condo was immaculately clean, very beautiful views and everything was communicated very clearly ! Only thing that could improve- sliding glass door going out to balcony sticks pretty badly. The beach equipment was much appreciated as well! We will def be back

Beautiful location

We had a great stay! There were a few things missing from the property: additional toilet paper and plunger. They have offered to reimburse us for having to buy it though. Quick response time majority of the time. It was a great central location and very very clean which I appreciated. Would stay there again for sure.

Pale Ke Kua in Kauai

This stay was absolutely amazing. Also our first time ever to Hawaii, it was a time to remember for sure. Our 6 year old daughter, and 1 year old son had the absolute time of their lives. The location was perfect, we were not to far from anything and super close to our family who live on the island. The view was absolutely beautiful from our balcony. There was also plenty for the kids to use for the beach which was perfect. I loved the open windows and doors concept, the natural air flow was perfect. We honestly can't wait to come back and we're sad to leave! Till next time, Mahalo!

great location.

Great location... great view of sunset.. private walkway to small beach. walking to Hideaway Beach, Puu Kua Beach and Queen Bath. Eric, the property manager is responsive to our concerns. Quiet area with so many nene, chicken ( no surprise there :p ) and birds. Only drawback, quite far from stores so you need a car. And so much noises from the maintenance crews even on weekend. We had a great month long stay. Mahalo !

Amazing Condo in Princeville

This property exceeded our expectations. It’s in a great spot close to the Princeville Resort. We walked there in the morning for coffee and at night for sunset drinks. The house was equipped with everything we needed for the beach and to spend time at home cooking and relaxing. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Nice place

The condo was nice. Clean and updated with a view of the ocean on the patio. Well supplied kitchen and lots of beach accessories to use. Sat in the spa one night and it was great after a long hike. Not much to do in Princeville itself but Hanelei and other beaches are close enough. The shuttle for Napali Coast leaves right from the golf club so that was convenient to walk down there and catch that a day. Would recommend this place but just know Princeville is a golf course vibe and you will need a car to get to more interesting places.

Cleanliness

The floors in the bathrooms and showers could use a through cleaning as could the kitchen stove. The trim or baseboard in kitchen area needs to be repaired and painted. Very nice location and convenient to many areas of interest. Overall, the condo was nice condition, and we would recommend to other guests.
