Do you like mold on your pillow and a management office that does nothing? Well this is the VRBO for you. My wife was unable to sleep the first night and we thought it was due to the strong fragrance of the room. The following day we stripped the linens to find her pillow was full of mold. The management office said they'd order a new pillow but we never got it. They also didn't offer to clean the room/linens, we had to do it. They refused to take any accountability for the mold and kept insisting it was a fragrance only issue, even after multiple photos were sent to them.
