The only positive thing about this property is that it's in 3 km from 12 Apostles. It is very old, broken property. It needs to be cleaned up and renovated. Shower door missed half of it, lots of dust and dirt everywhere.

It was in a great location to the 12 Apostles but was certainly not what I was expecting. It looked more like a run down motel than what was described online. We traveled down a 2 mile long unlit dirt road to get to the motel and the reception area was an entrance with lock boxes that contained keys for your room. I did not see a single person while I was there. Would not stay again

Very close to 12 Apostles but nobody should be staying out this hotel. Totally rundown and not taken care of. I cut my head open on a rusty staple sticking out of the mosquito screen on the front door to our room. There were cobwebs all over our room. And the bed was the worst bed i have ever seen. It was 50 years old, rock hard and it sloped down to one side. Dont stay here. If you do post pictures so we can all laugh.
