Encantadora casa de campo frente al mar en la Bahía de Quinte

Esta cabaña frente al mar verano es perfecto para familias pequeñas, parejas o grupos que buscan una gran cubierta y puestas de sol asesino.

La cabaña está situada en la Isla Grande, mirando hacia el norte en la Bahía de Quinte, con una larga propiedad, a 20 minutos de Picton, 30 minutos de Sandbanks y prácticamente todo lo demás que el condado tiene para ofrecer.

Disfrute de playa, bodegas y artesanales 'cosas' durante el día, y juegos de mesa, los fuegos frente al mar y puestas de sol seguro de jack tu Instagram-cred por la noche.

Se trata de una habitación de 2 dormitorios (1 cama queen / 2 gemelos), 1 baño (ducha de pie sólo) con un sofá cama en la sala de estar para dormir 4 cómodamente y 6 cómodamente.

Recepción de células sólidas, estufa de leña si hace frío, TV con reproductor de DVD (incluso colección de DVD de principios de 2000), equipo de música con conexión para smartphone y selección de juegos de mesa.

La cocina viene equipada con vajilla vintage para complementar los armarios de aguacate vintage. Aparatos estándar (incluyendo microondas, pero sin lavavajillas ni lavadora / secadora). Barbacoa en la cubierta.

Weather was cool during our fall stay so we really appreciated the nice, warm duvets for sleeping. Great water view. Lovely deck, dock and screened in porch. Would love to stay again during summer to take advantage of the water activities.

The cottage was very welcoming right down to a dog leash in the event we needed it! Cozy living space with a beautiful deck with a view of the Bay of Quinte. We also loved relaxing on the enclosed front porch.

Perfect stay at The Summer Cottage on Bay of Quinte

We had a perfect stay! Loved the peacefulness of the area. The dock was beautiful for sunsets and a swim. The owner was so accommodating and easy to reach with any questions we had. We will definitely be back.

Great Cottage in PEC

A wonderful classic cottage in PEC. Had all the amenities that you'd want at a cottage. Reasonably close to Picton - great spot to enjoy the water and summer weather and explore the county.

Great getaway

It was so very lovely! We enjoyed our stay; the beds were great, the lake was nice and cool and the fireplace provided a lovely evening . We saw much wildlife, including foxes, bunnies , and birds! We highly recommend it, perfect for a family getaway. - Sophie .J

Clean cottage with everythi g needed for a great getaway!

We enjoyed this lovely cottage on the bay! Cottage was exactly as described, the host was very helpful and responsive and we enjoyed the setting and the paddleboards. It was just the right size for our small group and easy for my elderly mom to get around. Highly recommended!

Relaxing getaway

Great stay in cute Demorestville. Really great waterfront for pups and humans (although bring water shoes :)). Awesome new deck as well. Close to Picton (20 min drive) but far enough away you still feel like your in the middle of the country.

Amazing stay, kids had lots of space to play on the property. Very quiet and peaceful views of the bay and the sun. Nice to have a floating deck to rest away from shore. Water isn’t very clear but there are other spots in the region to see different kind of beaches. Phil was great host, checking in on a regular basis making sure we were all set. Merci!

Excellent base to explore PEC

Great, well maintained cottage on a quiet road on the Big Island. Easily accessible to all the PEC has to offer. The front covered porch is so useful if you happen to get rainy weather as we did. We loved the big, well maintained backyard and sunsets. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and relaxing

The cottage was wonderful, clean and had everything we needed and more for a holiday. Beds were comfortable and loved the chaise lounge to curl up with a book. The deck looking out over the water was very relaxing. Phil was very accommodating during the process and we appreciated him checking in to make sure everything was going well. A wonderful experience.

Lovely place

This cottage was just perfect for my friends and I. Beautiful lawn and view of the bay. Very relaxing area to come back to after a day of discovering wineries and breweries of Prince Edward county. Lots of everything you need for your stay in the cottage, including basics for cooking. Lots of games , DVD, CD available, paddle boards to explore the bay, a hammock on the lawn, beach chairs , great patio, etc… A fireplace for the cool evenings or a nice veranda to enjoy the outside … Phil is very helpful and replies quickly to any questions. We had a lovely stay and I would return anytime.

Restful country cottage

The property is well situated with a lovely lawn stretching down to the water. Nice views from lakeside chairs and from the large deck. Waterfront is limited in size , but swimming is ok with a shelving stony bottom. Need water shoes. The cottage itself is superbly clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. dining and drinking ware, etc. Beds were very comfortable. The cottage can be opened up to take advantage of the through breezes from the lake. Walking on the surrounding roads is pleasant. All in all, we enjoyed our stay (despite several rainy days). There are lots of games available to play.
