Warton is a tranquil village with the centre around a 15-minute walk, and where you’ll find local facilities. Alternatively, a 10-minute drive will take you to the golden sands of Lytham St Anne’s, where you’ll find a huge choice of trendy cocktail bars, restaurants and boutiques. Lytham Green stretches the length of the promenade with views across the estuary towards Southport. It’s also the setting for open air concerts and exhibitions including exciting events such as the Lytham Proms Music Festival.
Neighbouring St Annes is a traditional Victorian seaside town with a pier, glorious sandy beach, and lively shopping centre. Great family get away
Travelled as an extended family of 9 including a dog. Ages 8 to 80. All had a great time and the pool, air hockey and table tennis table were well used. Not far from Lytham with all its amenities. Overall great weekend

On arrival we noticed pool table was broken, maintance came to look couldn't fix it and are ordering
On arrival we noticed pool table was broken, maintance came to look couldn't fix it and are ordering a part. Was a shame as that was main reason for booking to keep kids occupied.Heating was unpredictable, and window in single room had no restricters on.Few other bits but reported to reception on departure lady was lovely.It was clean and comfortable a little in need of TLC in few areas xmas trees were lovely nice touch.
