Property is the perfect location for accessing the snowmobile trails. The item that was very disappointing is that my father had a meal charged to his room bill. He paid for all of his meals separately with a credit card. The worst part is the amount charged doesn’t even match either of the meal receipts he has. It has been two days and still no resolution. Unacceptable!!

The bed was very uncomfortable, the pillow was as flat as a sheet of paper, our room was very old and the bathroom floor definitely needed replacing. The room was very musty smelling. We were tired from being out in the sun all day watching our grandson's baseball tournament so we decided we would have dinner at the hotel. We went into the bar area and we were enough people that we had to put 2 tables together. Both tables were filthy (and not from someone recently eating at them) but very dusty and very linty. When we asked the gentleman at the bar if he could please clean our table (that's when he brought us the menus) we got this look that if eyes could kill, we'd all been dead and from there on we got an attitude from him along with no personality, and no friendliness whatsoever. I must say the fish sandwich I ordered was delicious and so were the sweet potato fries. The next morning we had the complimentary breakfast and that was ok - not the greatest - muffins were obviously very old because they were hard as rock. I assure you this hotel will never get another penny from us. This place needs a ton of work. We are originally from Fort Kent, Maine but have been living in Bangor, Maine for over 30 years. This hotel is an embarrassment for accommodations for Northern Maine. We originally wanted to stay at the Caribou Motor Inn but they were sold out. We stayed there before and we loved it.

I stayed for 4 nights and every morning the cleaning staff failed to make up the room properly. The towels and wash cloths were not exchanged out and they were left on the sink or draped over edge of tub. This was after day one and I called to report the problem and the front desk said they would advise the cleaning staff before the went home for the day. Outside of building is looking very tired.

Property in need of updating. Late night partying in parking lot that management didn’t address keeping us awake and people yelling and running in the halls.

Food disgusting Hotel didn’t even have tooth paste

I liked the bar, restaurant and indoor pool. The food was great.

We really liked the bar which had great pub food. The swimming pool was great. The service was top knotch.

I travel alot and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed at in many years. Upgraded, clean, great breakfast and the staff go above and behond. Thank you!

Great location - older hotel - rooms are nice and comfortable.

The beds were hard and squeaky. The maids took forever to come clean or didn’t come at all. No breakfast except cold bacon and a folded egg. Was told they have no cook. It’s terrible. The toilet plugged just from my grandmother peeing and the hotel staff said they have no matinence and just brought a plunger to the room and left it. Just a terrible stay for the amount we paid! The mini fridge was 1/2 the size of a normal mini fridge. No security on the doors to enter the hotel. Small tube TVs in the room with a thing that maxed the volume so we could hardly hear it. Carpet in the pool area. We will never stay here again.
