The bed in the King suite was a horrible old matress that was super hard with springs everywhere. They said it was standard. For the ammount we paid it was unacceptable.

Was all good until THE FIRE ALARM WENT OFF AT 11 PM ..having to grab your clothes and get down three flights of stairs and go outside during a snowstorm was no fun. Some people were barefoot in their pajamas. It was a hell of a night . The room and service were fine ., and the alarm situation was settled … but as an overall experience ..well, it wasn’t the greatest because of the alarm incident .

My experience with Hampton Inn was AWESOME! The staff was very pleasant & quick to help. Our room was very large, clean, beautiful & beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
