The Grape House has an open floor plan. Spacious 400 sqft private guest house. Nicely decorated with a brick floor, full kitchen & full bath with a washer/dryer.
It is located in walking distance of Historic downtown Prescott. At most a 10 minute walk to courthouse square.
Bright & Cheery with everything needed except you and your food. The only step is at the front entry gate. Off street parking beside the concrete driveway by the sidewalk.Dogs allowed for a per pet cleaning fee of $50 and back area is completely fenced in.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

This is a lovely, quaint place to stay with a very comfortable king bed. It's a full kitchen with dishwasher and stove plus dishes and pans! The decorations are beautiful emphasizing the Grape House. The bathroom fixtures are all new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host was helpful and caring too.

Very charming home! Great neighborhood (although on a slightly busy street), clean, with all amenities we needed. Loved the decor and the book that showed the transformation of the property. Cute patios and beautiful home in front. Love the history of these buildings!Unfortunately, we used the washing machine, which leaked oil creating a gas smell, and it made it impossible to stay our full reservation. It took a bit of time, but we were able to hear from the host who agreed to give us a refund.

Perfect getaway at the Grape House!l The location is convenient walking distance to all amenities, beautiful downtown area, shopping and eatery’s. Pleasant outdoor seating areas right outside the cottage door. Couldn't ask for a better host! Hope to return next year!

I feel safe staying at the Grape House, and there’s a yard and patio area for my dog and guests. Downtown is a short walk away, with great restaurants, Ice Cream shops and novelty stores on Whisky Row. If coming from the Valley, the temps are at least 20 degrees cooler! Worth the 1 1/2 hr drive. Grocery shopping is very close as are other amenities to spoil yourself during your stay. I will definitely revisit the Grape House….

inadequate AC/Internet

The grape house is very cute, but a bit over decorated. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had all items needed to prepare a small meal. Our only complaints were that the AC was left on 80 degrees at the time of check-in. Unfortunately it took all night to get down to 75 degrees and it required a phone call in order to keep it at 75 otherwise it was programmed to go back to 80 at 10:00 PM. The internet was very weak and had been for many years according to the owner. TV also did not work as it should because of poor internet.

Beautiful Spot

We were only ther 2 nights but will definately be back. Great spot for our little dog with a small fenced yard. The decor is super cute. I messed our reservation somehow, but the owner was very helpful in getting it resolved. You wont be disappointed.
