The Grape House has an open floor plan. Spacious 400 sqft private guest house. Nicely decorated with a brick floor, full kitchen & full bath with a washer/dryer.
It is located in walking distance of Historic downtown Prescott. At most a 10 minute walk to courthouse square.
Bright & Cheery with everything needed except you and your food. The only step is at the front entry gate. Off street parking beside the concrete driveway by the sidewalk.Dogs allowed for a per pet cleaning fee of $50 and back area is completely fenced in.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

The place was perfect for a weekend getaway. Not to far away from the courthouse square. Very quiet and private. King size bed, nice size bathroom and kitchen. Very nice, spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again. I have it down as one of my favorite places to stay.

The Grape House is quaint with Victorian decor. Cute place but needs some TLC. Kitchen towels had stains and holes, used sponge, bath towels frayed. Would be nice to invest in decent towels. Dishes/glasses were found dirty.

This is a lovely, quaint place to stay with a very comfortable king bed. It's a full kitchen with dishwasher and stove plus dishes and pans! The decorations are beautiful emphasizing the Grape House. The bathroom fixtures are all new. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our host was helpful and caring too.

Very charming home! Great neighborhood (although on a slightly busy street), clean, with all amenities we needed. Loved the decor and the book that showed the transformation of the property. Cute patios and beautiful home in front. Love the history of these buildings!Unfortunately, we used the washing machine, which leaked oil creating a gas smell, and it made it impossible to stay our full reservation. It took a bit of time, but we were able to hear from the host who agreed to give us a refund.

Perfect getaway at the Grape House!l The location is convenient walking distance to all amenities, beautiful downtown area, shopping and eatery’s. Pleasant outdoor seating areas right outside the cottage door. Couldn't ask for a better host! Hope to return next year!
