¡Sea uno de los primeros huéspedes a reservar aquí! Completamente remodelado a los tacos el verano pasado! Nuevas encimeras de cocina, gabinetes, pisos de tablones de madera, baños nuevos y brillantes, 2 habitaciones, cuarto de lavado nuevo, patio, parrilla y fuente con olmos elevados, álamos y álamos. A los colibríes y pinzones les encanta y tú también lo harás. ¡Si reservó, vea nuestras otras propiedades en # 883663 y una cabaña de troncos en # 889880!
La cama principal Serta es firme y alta con almohadas, almohadas y ropa de cama de algodón libres de alérgenos. Los sofás de cuero en la sala de estar y dos mecedoras reclinables agregan comodidad para mirar televisión o leer. Hay internet de alta velocidad y WiFi. Las magníficas encimeras están en la cocina y los nuevos gabinetes de pino están llenos de utensilios para hornear y utensilios. Tenemos aire acondicionado para los momentos en que el aire de la montaña no es suficiente.

Las aves y la vida silvestre visitan la Casita y la propiedad con regularidad, por lo que verás un montón de colibríes, jilgueros, remolcadores manchados, crochas de pecho blanco, arándanos, cuervos y últimamente un cernícalo, ¡cuando los cuervos no lo espantan! ¡Acabamos de agregar una caja de búhos y una caja de murciélagos a la propiedad! La jabalina viene cada dos noches, además, hemos visto un coyote y mapaches.

Estamos ubicados a 1. 6 millas del centro de la ciudad en un vecindario en un largo carril de 1. 25 acres. Hay un prado y Miller Creek, cuando se está ejecutando. Fry's supermercado está a un par de cuadras de distancia.

Tenemos licencia, inspección y cumplimiento con la Ciudad. Tenemos extintores de incendios, detectores de monóxido de carbono, detectores de humo y un kit de primeros auxilios.
Prescott tiene una Ordenanza de ruido de 10 a 8 de la mañana. No permitimos fiestas o eventos.
De vez en cuando se permiten mascotas con permiso, un acuerdo firmado sobre mascotas y una tarifa por mascota.

Perfect location near downtown Prescott

We were in Prescott for my youngest child’s college graduation. And the casita was just right for us. It was close to everything we needed to get to, had all the confits of home and so many thoughtful special details to make our stay extra comfortable. We loved every day we got to spend there and would highly recommend a stay at Karen and Dave’s quiet little oasis near the town center.

FANTASTIC CABIN !!!!!

Dave and Karen are the best! Communication was exceptional, the cabin was beyond beautiful, totally stocked with everything from A-Z, a nice little gift (champagne) left in the fridge and not to mention- this place is immaculate, charming and absolutely beautiful! Cozy get away! We will definitely stay again! Location is also great for the fact that its close to so many restaurants and stores! Give it a try- you will not be dissapointed!!!!!!!

Just what the doctor ordered

My adult daughter had had a medical event requiring over a month in a nursing facility. After her discharge, she still needed a week to gain strength before traveling. This cozy little home was perfect! A well stocked kitchen, two bedrooms, , full laundry, and everything was sooo comfy. Highly recommended!

Cozy getaway.

The house was everything we'd expected, and everything we needed was provided and more! The description was accurate. The only issue we experienced was the size of the bed, as we are accustomed to a king size. The bed was comfortable but it was a queen sized bed.

Cozy, cute and quiet gem.

We really enjoyed our stay with our 2 small dogs. The hosts were on top of everything! They really cater to their guests, more like family actually. The accommodations were clean, quiet and cozy and they supplied everything, and then some, to make us feel at home. They even left turkey squeeze stuffies for our fur babies! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone going to visit the area. We also really enjoyed learning about the tragic but heroic story about the Granite Mountain Hotshots.

Vacation Retreat

Very private, nicely decorated, and convenient to town amenities. Especially enjoyed the large terrrace area with grill and generous seating for sharing with our son and family in the evenings while visiting. Highly reccommend.

Beautiful home

My friend & I loved staying here. We each had a bedroom. Beds are very comfortable. The kitchen & bathroom were so well stocked-we didn’t want for anything. I had my dog with me & there is lots of room to walk him & to explore. The a/c units kept the house cool, actually had to turn off one in the night. The owners are very nice & it was a pleasure meeting them.

Nice property conveniently located to downtown but far enough away to be “out of town “. Hosts have thought of many extra touches ; more than any other VEBO we have rented. Clean and nicely decorated.

Spectacular Adventure to Prescott

Even before I arrived the hosts were in contact and very helpful!!! The accommodation's and extras were above and beyond including a dog toy & chocolate by the bed plus many more!!! They thought of Everything in the kitchen and bathroom too!!! We were able to explore the lakes in Prescott and I only wish I was able to stay longer but they are a very popular location!!! I can't wait to go back!!! As incredible as the inside of the cabin's are the outside and walking, sitting area are magical also!!! I wish I could give them 10(*) stars!!! Amazing Hideaway!

What an amazing place. The owners are so kind. The house had everything we needed. There was such nice little things. If you forgot a toothbrush they had new ones in the bathroom. The kitchen had everything even a crockpot! We enjoyed BBQing. The grounds are great. They have horse shoes which was fun to play. It is very relaxing. The location was great for what we wanted. We will be booking this place every year!

Comfortable Casita

This is the nicest VRBO we have stayed in! It is well supplied with everything one could possibly need. Any questions were promptly answered. There is a nice variety of books and brochures about the surrounding area. Even though the casita is on a relatively busy street it is very quiet inside. We would stay here again and will recommend it to others. The yard is private and comfortable, too.
