The views are amazing and the large property was more than accommodating for my husband, myself and our dog. We're very big fans of Prescott and decided to celebrate our 8th/18th anniversary here, as we've done before. Drinking hot cocoa on the patio and watching the meteor shower will always be one of my favorite memories.

Family visit

My husband and I and older sisters traveled out here to see family. This place is great- so beautiful! There are 2 bedrooms upstairs for people who don't do steps well and bedroom and a twin over double bed in basement as well as living area and 2nd tv. Clean and has a beautiful deck! Driveway is steep.Has everything you could need.

Cozy home

We couldn't be happier with our visit to our rental in Prescott, AZ. The house was very cozy and the hosts were incredible. Great communication and very friendly. The views from the deck were amazing, especially at night with a breathtaking array of stars in the sky. I highly recommend this place!

Home away from home

Sweet home that fit our needs and close to ERAU. We only spent one night there as it was a quick trip to celebrate our son’s graduation. Communication was great and the house fit all our needs. Parking was a bit tricky with 3 vehicles but we made it work. We wish we had more time to stay there. I’d stay here again!

Sister's reunion

Beautiful property with everything you need! View is fabulous- quiet neighborhood. There are thickly carpeted steps from main level to lower level which end with a long short step that challenged my 85+ sisters . Lots of great beds very spacious! Lovely home

Spacious, tidy and easy to work with

Our family of 6 just stayed at this cute home, which was the perfect location for ease of access to downtown, restaurants and grocery shopping. Pros: owners were communicative, friendly and allowed the process to go smoothly. The property had plenty of space, a lovely deck, and nice appliances. It was very homey. Cons: my teens were excited that the property listed an Xbox. However the cord needed to connect from the console to the tv was missing. Messaged the owners but didn’t hear back. Kind of a bummer. The beds were a bit firm for our liking and the driveway is kind of a nuisance to deal with but overall this was a great little property and we were pleased with our stay. Thanks, Josiah and Lindy!
