Great breakfast! Breakfast staff was fabulous! Food was delish!

I like the team of employees they have, very kind. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and the pillows were very uncomfortable and old.

Not what it used to be! Must have new management over the last year or so.

Room was clean and comfortable; not as spacious as it appeared in pictures. Very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast far surpassed other hotels. Great outdoor patio, comfy sitting areas with fireplaces crackling at night. Overall great mini vacation spot.

Everything was great and the staff was really nice..We will be back soon

The parking lot is badly designed on a uphill grade with a landscaped center island with no pathways through it, requiring that guests parked in the upper section drag their luggage over he curb barrier and through the shrubbery to get to and from their cars. It is a hazardous nuisance. Better signage is needed, as this place is up on hill, access on a wonder road, and there is no sign of any size to indicate where to turn off the main highway.

This hotel met all of our expectations. The room was big enough for 5 people and was very clean. I would definitely book a stay here again in the future.

Our visit was good, except that the one night our neighbors decided to microwave bacon in their room at 2 pm and it set off the smoke alarm. Very helpful staff

Very nice and helpful staff. All of our concerns were immediately addressed. One note...there is no free room upgrades unless you're a higher level rewards member, we were told (I'm at the basic level). Beautiful outside courtyard seating area that includes fireplaces and comfie seating which faces the mountains.

The staff were exceptional. The rooms were very clean. The only glitch were the hard mattresses.

Everything was 1st class, I'm very happy with my stay.. very suprised at how nice a place it is

Truely we had a good stay at this Hotel. Cleanliness has been pretty good and the staff has been very good too.

We will definitely stay here every time we are in Prescott. The staff was super friendly and we got into town earlier than expected and were able to check in a couple hours early. The room was ADORABLE! Everything we needed and the bed was awesome!

The staff was on top of everything. called for hair-dryer and it was delivered in 5 min to the door. The out side patio was a really well kept and we enjoyed the evening. The morning breakfast had good selection and the food was great.

clean, spacious, quiet. great for longer stays, full refrigerator, small stove, storage, dishes and utensils available. If you don't mind not being within walking distance to Gurley St. this is the place for you.

Great Sedona location! Nice rooms with sleep # beds. Friendly staff and gave us late check out to be able to play golf the next day. Nine hole golf course was nice.

This is one of the nicest and coziest hotels around. Very nice facilities, very nice staff, very comfortable and homey, would recommend this to anyone staying in Prescott.

OMG! Attention to details was extraordinary. The room was spacious, colorful, comfortable, crisp and clean, the applicances worked, and we were very impressed with the insulation of the walls. Peaceful and quiet. The decorations and decor were fabulous! Compared to other hotels that we have stayed in...wonderful! It is new, spotless and safe.

From the moment we walked in to the lobby the staff at the hotel made us feel welcome. Roy checked us in and was very helpful with local information.
