Enjoy a peaceful stay at this recently renovated 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Prescott. Located next to the Granite Creek greenway trail system and Lazy G Brewery in the cool pines of Prescott.

The master bedroom features a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a fold out bed and separate couch in the living room. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and a washer and dryer combo, your stay will be nice and convenient.

A short 5 minute walk to the courthouse plaza, with 2 dedicated parking spaces at the condo. Easy access to all of the wonderful events that Prescott offers year round.

Well described and presented. Quiet location in a multi-unit condo complex. Communication was very good. Kitchen well stalked with nearly anything you might need. For some reason we were unable to get the ice maker to work, but refrigerator water dispenser worked, so it was probably just me. Would stay again while visiting local family!

The Condo was beautiful

The Condo was beautiful , very comfortable , clean well supplied. The location was well located to Courthouse. We had a 2 year old and 6 year old children with us . They could hear them on the downstairs unit.

Great Condo!

This was the perfect condo! The location was conveniently located near downtown prescott and it was in a quiet area. The owners are very responsible and were easy to contact as well! I stayed here with my fiancé but it could easily fit a couple more people as it’s a 2 bed 2 bath! Overall great place!

It was a very cute, quiet condo. The area is pretty dark at night though. Walking from the car to the unit was dark on the path with steps. Inside was nice, but we could have used kleenex and paper towels. There were very few bath towels. One in each bathroom. They were fairly small too. The towels. Overall pretty comfortable though for one night.
