From the moment my daughter and I walked on the property and into the lobby of the hotel, it was smile time. The front desk staff gave wonderful, friendly smiles, assisted with anything we needed and displayed "over the top customer service". The hotel is spotless. A glitch with a vending machine was quickly handled, money returned and a bottle of water freely given for our inconvenience . This will be our go to "vacation" stay place. Stellar accommodations , superior customer service and all with a smile and genuine caring.

Excellent Stay with a Note

The stay was excellent. The breakfast was excellent with the server going out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. The only negative was we requested not to be on the first floor, and the front desk gave us the worst room that smelled. It was because it was right next to the pool. I am sure the front desk new this and gave it to us because we complained. He said there was no other room available.

We always stay here when visiting Prescott. Our son is a student at a campus nearby. It is 17 mins from that campus; extremely clean, friendly, great breakfasts and just a budget friendly hotel with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Love this hotel! Clean, safe, convenient, very friendly staff! I forgot a phone charger and the front desk gentleman went above and beyond and let me use his for the night! I have stayed her a few times and will stay here again when in the area!
