The pillows on the bed were the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever slept on. They were hard! Not quite as hard as a sack of cement, but close. Everything else about the inn was very nice.
Just the ambient noise from the highway was not wonderful.
Great location, clean room, friendly staff but the bed was horrible
East admit, great breakfast. Ive stayed twice in the past two months, 'on the fly' and both stays were excellent.
In general it was fine. Decent pool. We weren't there to just hang out at hotel but just a decent place to sleep and was good for location.
I was quiet and comfortable for me to stay here It was clean only issue was that key cards didn’t work well and had to be rechargers
I was checked in by a fellow at the front desk who seemed a little icy. I went to my room, and it was in near perfect order. They are remodeling, and my room had a fresh coat of paint, new linens and nice decor. One of the lamps was plugged in, but wouldn't work, and the curtains were hung kind of oddly, with the edges missing their hooks-so that the fabric laid in a peculiar fashion, but they stayed closed. Everything was quiet at the hotel during the evening, so no complaints there. The staff was rude when I asked for an extra towel for the pool. "Are there not towels outside in the bin?" No one had told me to look at a bin I wasn't informed existed, so I had no idea I was given the towel and went outside to investigate the towel bin. Those towels were the size of handtowels. I have no clue what use they would have been to me. The pool itself was really dirty. I got in, because it looked mostly like pepples and maybe some ash from the nearby wildfire. The next morning I woke up and went back to the pool. It was actually gross this time. Among other pollutants, there was a plastic sandwich bag, and cigarrette butt afloat in the pool. Three staff walked by it in the pool area and took no action. I even asked a gal to skim the pool a bit. She extracted a large insect and left the other debris. Ick. They do serve muffins and coffee and watered down orange juice for your free breakfast. Other than that....the hotel is generally pleasing.
Great staff clearly all locals employed from the clerks to the cleaning staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. Everything clean, fresh, nice. Usually you see pics of hotels online then in person its a total dump. Here the pictures actually do no justice. Even organic soaps, clean towels and very fast wifi. Not swimming weather yet but that pool looks great too. How was this the cheapest room I could find? All the others I called yesterday couldn't even understand the questions I was asking. Only downfall would be that there's not a lot of parking but you csn probably park in the Denny's lot next door in a pinch. We found a spot. Anyway, nicest hotel I've stayed at in this country that I can remember.
The room was very clean and quiet and conveniently located near restaurants and stores
Hotel staff was helpful and nice room was clean and updated would stay again
Apparently has new owners. Just finished a full outside paint job this week and most of the rooms are remodeled...New paint, new carpet, new tile, new climate control units, new bedding. Very clean, though heard of one first who was moved to a non remodeled room. That would suck, but adjourned few months that won't be an issue.
I was very impressed with the front desk staff. They were very nice and helped with my needs but once I got to my room I realized the room didn't match the pictures that I saw on Orbitz. It was a little dingy with dusty surfaces and the room itself looked like it hadn't been updated in a couple of decades. Hopefully it's in the process of updating every room to the standard that I saw in the pictures. The location is very handy if you're visiting Prescott.
Beautiful lobby and professional staff. Newly renovated rooms. Very tastefully done. Prompt courteous housekeeping staff. Clean reasonable laundry facilities. Continental breakfast in bright newly renovated dining room. Full breakfast would be nice. Accommodations were comparable to a much higher end hotel. Very impressive.
We had to change rooms because we've watch too many scary movies and didn't want to stay in a room with an attic access opening in the ceiling. The staff was very understanding and had no problem with us moving rooms. That even call the room later to check on us. The room was nice - clean & comfortable. Breakfast - bagels w/ cream cheese, bread for toast w/ peanut butter & jelly, muffins, danishes, cold cereal w/ milk, instant oat meal packages, fruit, coffee, & juice.
within 24 hours, I had 4 guests in one room(me, my wife and 2 boys). There were only towels etc for 3 guests, went to front desk to solve the issue and they had no extra towels etc. Plumbing issues in the first room( toilet overflowed). They moved us to a newly retivated room and the toilet also overflowed and had 2 inches of dirty water on the floor. So, I was done with this establishment, so we checked out and went home and ruined our vacation. That was the only time we could get off work the same time. Kail the hotel desk person was absolutely no help at all. He had a hard time handling all of the complaints at the same time.
Pool was being shocked during the day time when it was hot outside. had our granddaughters with us that wanted to swim and couldn't because the pool was closed. Should have had maintenance done during the night when no one was using the pool. The manager was never there so we couldn't voice our concerns. The person that was on day shift wasn't helpful at all and seemed uncaring and rude. We were not at all satisfied and if i hadn't already paid, we would of found somewhere else to stay.
Staff was extremely rude/condescending, and unable to answer the simiplest of questions. Credit card information is not secure as they copy your card information and the place it in a box in an unsecured area. I ended up having to relocate to another hotel.
