Located directly in the village just a few steps from shops, bars, restaurants and the large beach of Préfailles, this renovated 120m² house with a salt water heated swimming pool without chlorine (7m x 3.50m linear depth of 150 cm) (open from 1st May to 28th September). It has 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child.
In detail this holiday rental is composed of an entrance onto a loggia, serving a utility room (equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, baby chair, travel cot and additional fridge freezer). A bathroom with toilet, Italian shower and double sink, then a kitchen (independent but open to the outside) equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home. (American fridge freezer, induction hob, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, L'Or capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle). In succession you will access a double bedroom (160), a double lounge equipped with a TV and WiFi connection, and a dining room with double fireplace. On an independent floor (each bedroom has its own staircase) 1 double bedroom (140) and a single bed (90) as well as another double bedroom (160). A bathroom and independent toilet complete the ground floor and will give you direct access to the swimming pool.
Like many charming period properties, it has a few steps and internal landings and almost every bedroom has its own en-suite corner.

Très bien placée, la maison est très agréable et très propre. Contact très bon avec la conciergerie.Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.Nous déplorons toutefois la vétusté du canapé (le temps n’ayant pas été très beau nous avons du passer du temps à l’intérieur) et surtout la literie assez moyenne dans 2 des 3 chambres, peut-être adapté pour des enfants mais pas pour des adultes.
Séjour très agréable, jolie maison, un bel espace extérieur à l’abri des regards, calme. Idéalement située (commerces à proximité (à pied) et mer à peine à 500m). Pistes cyclables qui permettent de rejoindre Pornic. Très bonne communication avec Jack, nous avons apprécié sa flexibilité. Nous conseillons.
