Very dirty hotel. Frekk reciption. They dont understand English, the hotel is full og insects which forced us to move to another hotel after just one night, they dont have respect for the customers

Room was not up to the mark. Few of the things were broken in washroom and seems not replaced from long time. Also hotel is bit away from city center. I will ask all other people to prefer other hotel.

Por la situaciĂłn de restricciones de vuelos por el COVID19, no pude viajar. Del hotel no tengo referencias para evaluar. Lo que me parece terrible es que tanto en ExpedĂ­a, ni el hotel me dieron opciones para cancelar o cambiar la reservaciĂłn por lo que no me devolvieron nada del dinero cancelado por la reservaciĂłn.

Le mĂ©nage n’était pas fait tous les jours (un lit fait ne veut pas dire chambre propre!). Les sols (chambre et salle de bain) n’ont jamais Ă©tĂ© fait !!! Des cheveux de prĂ©cĂ©dents occupent (cheveux longs) sur le sol de notre salle de bain nous ont accompagnĂ©s du dĂ©but Ă  la fin du sĂ©jour! Pareil pour la moquette de l’an chambre! D’ailleurs, nous avons toujours croisĂ© les femmes de mĂ©nage le matin, mais elles n’ont pas d’aspirateur en leur possession! Quant au savon ou gel douche, ça devait dĂ©pendre de la femme de chambre car la distribution Ă©tait alĂ©atoire (prĂ©voir donc ce qu’il faut pour se laver dans cet hĂŽtel!). Ceci dit: serviettes de toilette changĂ©es tous les jours mais de piĂštre qualitĂ© (l’une d’elle avait un trou d’usure et Ă©tait tachĂ©e sur un angle). Il faut savoir que les draps ne sont pas d’un blanc net et que certaines traces vous sont proposĂ©es Ă  votre arrivĂ©e ! Pour ce qui est de l’accueil, Ă  l’arrivĂ©e, pendant le sĂ©jour et pour le dĂ©part: AUCUN !!! Pas un seul sourire !!!!! Le point positif: le petit dĂ©jeuner est copieux et compris dans le prix de la chambre!!!! (Mais les tables sont revĂȘtues de nappe en tissus qui ne sont pas lavĂ©es, le personnel passe juste un coup la main pour enlever les miettes, et prĂ©pare mĂȘme Ă  partir de 10h, les couverts pour le service de midi sans rien changer !!!!!)! Conclusion : PAS PROPRE ET PAS ACCUEILLANT !!!!!!! Je suis EXTRÊMEMENT DÉÇU !!!!!

L'hĂŽtel est situĂ© prĂšs d'arrĂȘt de tram. ligne 22 (ne pas descendre Ă  l'arrĂȘt: Slavia, mais Ă  l'arrĂȘt suivant) J'avais une chambre au 4Ăšm Ă©tage. C'Ă©tait trĂšs tranquille, aucun problĂšme pour dormir. Par contre, les chambres du rez-de-chaussĂ©e Ă©taient occupĂ©es par des groupes et semblaient un peu moins tranquilles. Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait simple mais correct. En rĂ©sumĂ©, c'est un bon choix pour un petit prix.

Het is dat het 40 euro kostte

Service was slecht, personeel sprak nauwelijks Engels en keer erg nors. De 3 persoonskamer had maar 1 stopcontact. Niet alle lampen werkte in de kamer. In het hotel stonden geen lampen aan en De sfeer was grimmig. De douchkop bleef niet hangen in de houder. Al met al de kamer was prima voor de 40 euro die hij gekost heeft. De service onbetaalbaar.

Als wir ankamen war das Personal sehr höfflich und hilfreich. Es gibt ĂŒber das Hotel nicht viel zu sagen es ist sauber und man kann gemĂŒtlich schlafen. Bei uns hat jedoch KĂŒhlschrank und Fernsehen nicht funktioniert. Das WLAN ist aber erste Klasse. Zur Innenstadt braucht man nur 30 Minuten also war alles super.

Abzocke

Da ich letztes Jahr bereits 1x im Hotel Slavia genĂ€chtigt habe, habe ich fĂŒr meinen jetzigen Aufenthalt wieder das Hotel gewĂ€hlt. Da ich wußte, dass es in dem Hotel auch einfache Standard Zimmer gibt, buchte ich wieder das teurere Superior-Zimmer. Diese sind modern eingerichtet mit KĂŒhlschrank und Safe, Flachbild-TV und Badewanne. Was ich allerdings vor Ort bekam, war 1 Standard Zimmer . Nach 1 Beschwerde an der Rezeption erhielt ich einen neuen ZimmerschlĂŒssel, mit den Worten das wĂ€re ein Superior Zimmer. Was ich allerdings sah als ich in dem Zimmer ankam war unglaublich. Möbel und Lampen defekt, 1 Röhren-TV ohne Fernbedienung, alte Liegen als Bett, Schimmel an den WĂ€nden, kaputte Fenster, Spinnweben, defekte WĂ€nde,verkeimte WasserhĂ€hne und Duschkopf und ein ekelhaft alter Teppich. Also wieder zur Rezeption. Da sagte man mir, dass kein anderes Zimmer verfĂŒgbar ist, da dass Hotel ausgebucht ist. Und das wĂ€re ein Superior-Zimmer. In den 2 Tagen im Hotel, habe ich mich geekelt und war froh dass der Aufenthalt rum war. Leider fehlte mir auch das Geld in ein anderes Hotel zu wechseln. Das Personal an der Rezeption meinte nur auf meine Beschwerden, dass sie nichts machen können und ich soll mich per email an den Manager wenden. Ein rĂŒckerstattung des Preises sein nicht möglich, da ich ja das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen hĂ€tte. FĂŒr mich ist das Abzocke. Man stellt auf Reiseportalen und Internetseiten fast nur teure Superior-Zimmer zur Auswahl, lĂ€sst die Leute das buchen und gibt ihnen
