A tale of two hotels: on the one hand, gracious staff, an A+ breakfast, an excellent location, and a clean, comfortably sized room. On the other, two twin beds that undermined the entire stay. My son and I—neither of us particularly fussy sleepers—both had miserable sleeps. The mattresses were truly substandard; we could feel the springs pressing into our ribs throughout.

The balcony was the best part of the stay. Watched the sunset and enjoyed a glass of wine on our balcony before going out to the Christmas markets. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient, and the staff were helpful.

Fine but avoid the quad rooms

Room had 2 beds. Both in a loft, up steep ladder, with 3 foot ceilings. Difficult for this senior needing frequent bathroom visits.

Very convenient for centre & metro 5 minutes walk to "Muzeum station" access line A & C. 20 to 30 mins walk to station, suggest use metro. Hlavni nadrazi is metro station for central station Prague. Also seniors (over 65yrs) can travel free if they have their passports

Would not stay here again. Rooms are not cleaned properly, carpet is disgusting. You can tell they don’t vacuum often. There was leaves and dirt on the carpet from the planter that was on balcony that was never cleaned and we were there for 4 nights. They don’t replenish anything (i.e water, toiletries, etc). Didn’t have hot water in the shower on the morning we left.

the location is wonderful ! Close to everything but quite in a way. The tub is too high, the tower hanger rack is too high, the shower door is too small.. so we have no way to prevent water running to floor. other than that, it is good

Good value economy rooms

Good location just off Wenceslas Square; ten minute walk to Old Town. Good value, helpful staff. Economy rooms have windows that open onto a shaft, so no daylight, but it's worth it for the cost saving.

the wellness facilities were out of order and rthis should have been told in advance. Also there were serios problems with drainage, both the toilet, wahs basin and bath tub were blocked. One day there was no drinking water- thats not the fault of the hotel, but made our time pretty inconvenient. We should have been compensated in my opinion for these above.

A very nice 4 star hotel. We were checked in by Michaela who was very friendly and professional and during our stay was helpful with any queries we had. The room was modern and clean. There was a small balcony which was nice. The buffet breakfast was a good standard with a good selection of hot and cold food and the food was replenished quickly. The location was central to Wenceslas Square about a 7 minute walk away.
