For the rating it is a good hotel, especially the location. On arrival and leaving there was a guy, who’s name I didn’t get, who was so helpful chatty and a pleasure to be around. There isn’t much in the rooms I.e no kettle or hairdryer. It would have been nice for a kettle just for a cup of tea in the evening (I know I can get it at breakfast). Beds were so comfy great sleep, the shower was slightly small and had to sit sideways to the toilet. But for a city break a good hotel

Hotel location and room was ok. --> However, after they confirmed I could make late check-out until 12 pm, the staff did not care and threw me out of my room at 10 am very aggressively even after they agreed with late check-out. The girl at the reception wanted to invent things that did not happen.

Ein super gute Lage, vor allem wenn man öffentlich anreist. Es war alles sehr Solide, nur bis auf die Lage nicht ĂŒberwĂ€ltigend. Preis/Leistung hat super gepasst.

Saapuessamme meitÀ kohtasi todellinen jÀrkytyss. UlkoseinÀt graffiteissa, Juopunut mies nukkui hotellin rapulla ja muu samanlainen seurakunta majaili vieressÀ. Ovikelloa ei meinannut löytyÀ mistÀÀn (ovi siis lukossa). Henkilökunta suorastaan nÀrkÀstynyt koska kuljetusliiikkeestÀ oli soitettu olemmeko tullet perille (tilasimme kuljetuksen ebookersin kautta eikÀ kuljettaja ollut mitÀ vastassa nimilapun kanssa tuloaulassa). Huoneeseen saapuessamme; lamppuja huoneessa 3 joista vain kaksi toimi. "Ilmastonti" oli jalalla seisova pyörivÀ viipperÀ jonka viipperÀ-osuus oli parin sentin pölyssÀ joten sitÀ ei voinut laittaa pÀÀlle. Pyysimme sen putsausta siivouksen ohessa, sitÀ ei kuitenkaan tehty joten putsasimme sen itse. Wc:n tuuletin ei toiminut lainkaan (korjattiin seuraavana pÀivÀnÀ) ja allashylly oli niin lÀhellÀ itse allasta ettÀ kasvojen pesu ei onnistunut lattiaa kastelematta lainkaan. Allas tosi pieni. Lattia narisi ja yksi sÀngyistÀ narisi. Tuhkakuppi aivan ulko-oven vieressÀ jolloin rappuun tuli savua. Hotelliesitteen valokuvat raskaasti kÀsiteltyjÀ. Aamiainen hyvÀ. Sijainti hyvÀ.
