I wouldn't go there again even if you paid me!

When we arrived we were told that there wasn't a booking for us and that your company had not placed a booking, in spite of the fact that they had our credit card details. We were then told that the rooms we had booked were all sold and all we could do was to accept some garage like rooms. The beds were rock hard, aircon didn't work and there was no hot water in our shower, my mother in law mistakenly left her watch in the room when we out, it wasn't there when we got back and no-one had seen it.
