One Bedroom apartment which will be perfect for 4 people or a couple. The flat consists of a living room, 1 bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a balcony with garden furniture and a parking place in the underground garage.

Tastefully designed bedroom is equipped with comfortable double bed and wardrobe. In the living room you will find TV with flat screen and exit to the balcony. Large windows bring lots of sunlight to the apartment.

Bus stop is only in 350 m from the property. There is also a huge Cytadela Park nearby, which will be perfect for picnic, jogging or long walks.
