Fantastic stay didn't want to leave

We had a fantastic stay in Furnas. The property is great and the grounds and pool are exceptional. The kids had such a great time also. We will 100% be returning in the future.

Fell for Furnas

Truly beautiful property on an amazing island. Heated pool(late April, early May) with a detached Dining, lounge area with a wood grille! I didn't get any check in or much for check out instructions, Had to call to get. Other than that, loved it lockbox code.

Great stay in Furnas!

We had a fantastic stay with our two young children. Pool was wonderful to have after ling days of hiking and we were able to cook meals and rest comfortably. Would highly recommend to families!

Great time in Furnas!

We initially had some challenges getting ahold of the manager when checking in, but that was resolved. It was close to many sights and a short walk to a small grocery store, which was really convenient. Would stay at this property again!

Beautiful

This property was perfect. The grounds, pool and home were lovely. The only difficulty was that there were no instructions given to enter the property. We were able to contact the owner directly. Once we spoke with him it went smoothly to get in. The location was perfect. A little on the outskirts of the town, but still walking distance to restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend!!

Horrible experience DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The property was not ready when we arrived. No one reached out to us on how to get the keys. There was a gardener there so we pulled in. He was leaving and hit our car with my kids still in it. The pool was cloudy so we never used it. It's listed as two baths but one is outside and the shower drain is plugged so we only had the one shower. I am still trying to reach out to the owner but no one will answer me. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing spot

We had a wonderful week here as 2 families with kids. The property and setting are stunning—it was hard to make ourselves leave! The house had everything we needed for a great week in Furnas, and the host was incredibly generous and responsive (though we didn’t really encounter any problems). Even though there isn’t a pool gate, the pool is situated far enough from the house that the kids were able to respect our rule not to go near it without an adult. Excited to come back!

A Fabulous Stay in Furnas

Our family (with four teens) truly enjoyed this house in Furnas. The home was spotless, comfortable & newly updated. The owner was very kind and responsive during our stay. The private yard surrounding the property is spectacular. Our family's highlight was the large backyard pool. We spent many hours soaking in the warm saltwater pool with hot tub jets. It was a great way to end the day after exploring around Sao Miguel. This is a wonderful rental home.

Absolutely stunning grounds with beautiful views in the spacious backyard. It was incredible to feel that private yet be 3 -5 minute walk to Terra Nostra park, restaurants and groceries. The owner was very thoughtful leaving some fruit, milk, bread and cookies for us. We all loved this property and enjoyed exploring the area. Would love to come back!

Nicest place in town

We stayed at Vila Vista Vida for around 10 days and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped, the seperate winter garden house is great for bbqs and even when It's a bit colder you can take a dip in the heated pool. The property and the surrounding garden are very well maintained and there is a teamthat comes and cleanes everything every few days. Including a change of towels and bedsheets. All in all I truly recommend this amazing place. Thanks for the great stay and memories.
