We needed to take the cover off the air conditioner really needed to be cleaned unfortunately the pool was closed because of COVID-19 a hotel could you some updatesThe grounds need to be spruced up checking it was not as pleasant as checking out as far as the staff

Check in is at 4 pm pool closed at 7pm.not much ti.e to enjoy anything.room smelt like mold.was right next to game room .alot of kids running around without parents. Room above us was very loud.shower in the morning was cold.will not go back.

The pools are warm and great family entertainment. The staff when you check in are always busy talking about themselves and their personal life instead of tending to customers.

Awesome kids pools and very comfortablr clean rooms. Super close to beaches and are attractions we will definitely return.

This was our second stay here and we would definitely stay again. The Inn is quaint and quiet, clean rooms, friendly staff and the continental breakfast is fresh.

I always stay at the Seabrook Inn when visiting family in the NH shore region - it can't be beat - pricing is amazing, staff is good and room is always clean and comfortable.

Check-in was fine, room was fine (and like a two minute drive to a poker room!). No frills but no worries about safety either.

Our room was labeled non-smoking right by the door as you unlocked. There were multiple cigarette burn marks on the carpet between the two beds, and on the edge of the tub. The room smelled like an ashtray. We had driven all day to a family get-together in Boston and arrived quite late and didn't have what it took to move out and get another room.

It was gross! We walked into the hotel room and it had a gross musty smell. The toilet didn't flush well. A huge dead bee on our bed. Bed frame covered in inches of dust. Blood stains on the pillow cases. Coffee stains on the bed sheets. No shower towels in the room. The cover to the ice budget was dirty, had a dead bug on it and looked like mold on it. Only nice thing was the pools in back. Used to be a great hotel years ago when it was Best Western and my parents took me when i was younger. It's gone so far downhill, I will never stay here ever again.

Love the Seabrook Inn....best value in the area..:rooms are spacious and comfortable and well maintained and staff is always friendly and helpful. Th Seabrook Inn is my go-to place to stay in the Hampton/Seabrook area, it should be yours too!

Nice area, friendly staff. Room was clean, furniture a little dated but we expected something close to that as it is an older Inn. Great for a short over-nighter or weekend stay.
